love it 🤤
Meats were tasty with the usual variety of pork and beef. Nice options for side dishes and sundubu. Banchan was great and the variety of dishes was well balanced. Servers were very busy so we had to get their attention to ask for things.
Way too expensive! 99$ for very small portion of meat. With taxes and tips check gonna come up 130$! Not worth at all! Good bye
The food was delicious! Side dishes were good.
I have been going to Jeong yook for many years. I usually ordered skirt steak, rib ribeye and marinated beef. I usually let the staff cooked the meat. It is a pricey location. Parking can be difficult.
The food and service here is great! We got the beef combos which came with the steamed egg and soft tofu stews. It was a lot of food and this spot definitely had us stuffed by the end. We also ordered the seafood pancake and it was very delicious. There were also a handful of banchans that came alongside the bbq and it was perfect. Our server was also very attentive and helped us grill all of the meats. Highly recommend this spot for your kbbq cravings!

Unfortunately I thought the New Jersey location was better, isn’t that surprising?
The grill they use at the NJ location will actually char the meat you order, like the marinated short rib (galbi). They use the grill just like at all the local places, so it didn’t really wow me. The banchan was really good, they have the seasoned bean sprout one which is my childhood fav.
The staff was really nice when we requested to have 1 BBQ dish and 1 other dish, when the BBQ minimum is 2 dishes. Thanks for that ! Still spent $90 after tax and tip.
If ya have a car drive to NJ, but those bridge tolls add up…

So from seeing other reviews, I wasn’t the only one that was chased down just because we were forced to tip around 20%. I used to work as a server at a high end restaurant and never in my life had any of my coworkers (server) nor I chase customers because they tip us below 18%. It is unethical from these servers in this restaurant to be chasing customers just because we haven’t tipped 20% (I tipped around 16%), I know for a fact if I would have chased a customer because of the tips, I would have gotten fired by my manager instantly because it is an unethical practices. The food wasn’t even as good and it was expensive for what you get. Never again am I stepping foot in this place for this terrible malpractice
