We had the beef combo and added a pork belly. It was way too much meat for 2 adults and a kid. The rib eye was great, the marinated La kalbi was so soft. I didn't like the bulgogi like beef at all. The pork belly was great too. The corn with cheese was pretty small. My kid wanted more. The rest was typical. It was okay. Good for once awhile.

We went on a Wednesday night (6:30pm) to avoid crowds. The place is spacious. When we went in, we were told to wait in the front. I was a little puzzled as there was only one occupied table. When we went to our table, I realized they might have taken the time to laid out all the side before sitting us. We ordered the prime boneless short ribs and beef tongue. The short ribs was very tender and juicy but the tongue was a bit tough.

Meat quality and quantity was honestly horrible for the price we paid, we should've listened to the other bad reviews. We came on a friday night & it was nearly empty. We paid $350 for 5 people not including tip & it was such a waste!

So from seeing other reviews, I wasn’t the only one that was chased down just because we were forced to tip around 20%. I used to work as a server at a high end restaurant and never in my life had any of my coworkers (server) nor I chase customers because they tip us below 18%. It is unethical from these servers in this restaurant to be chasing customers just because we haven’t tipped 20% (I tipped around 16%), I know for a fact if I would have chased a customer because of the tips, I would have gotten fired by my manager instantly because it is an unethical practices. The food wasn’t even as good and it was expensive for what you get. Never again am I stepping foot in this place for this terrible malpractice

I can’t afford this anymore! Value is not there for $300 for 2 people, almost no service at this restaurant and yet you must pay 20% mandatory tips, so total was around $360. Feeling robbed!

This was originally my family's go to spot for Korean BBQ for years. Today - one of the rudest waiters I've ever encountered. The quality of the food and standards of this restaurant has gone downhill.

The first time I went, the experience was outstanding so I thought of bringing my friends to try KBBQ for the first time, we left disheartened.Asked if the combo would come with enough rice for all of us and the server replied with a bad attitude and was not helpful at all.We were thinking of ordering another round for the meat combo since two of our friends joined us but they did not even acknowledge them, no menus were offered, not a single intention to accommodate them, if you’re looking for a place with great hospitality, you’ll be disappointed. We felt observed and judged the entire time.We were all non-Korean.Food was great but we are not coming back. Tipped more than 25% , we acknowledged that we were a group of 6-8. Hoping the management can improve in that aspect and bring your customers a more pleasant and welcoming environment, anticipating their needs and going above and beyond to make sure they have a positive experience.

Food was good but the service was really bad. We asked for rice and the server answered in a very bad way. More friends arrived and they never looked at us or offered water to them, didn’t even give them the MENU!!! They just stopped looking at our table. Tried to make us order two large combos but we didn’t want to and apparently it upset them. Good food but poor service, you should do better.

The service was terrible, very racist. The waiter and hostess had a terrible demeanor towards non-korean people, tried to force us to buy more food than needed. didn’t want to give us rice. Food was undercooked.

The food was great but the servers were not good for how expensive it is. Cero stars should be available for service.

The ambiance is inviting, with a pleasant mix of modernity and comfort. The staff is efficient and attentive, ensuring a smooth grilling experience. The grilling process is done for you, which is great if you're a not-a-cook type like me. The side dishes complement the main course well, adding variety to the meal.It is a reliable choice for a satisfying KBBQ meal. Whether you're dining solo or with a group, the consistent quality of food and service makes it a go-to spot. ♨️??
