Gurl working the drive thru on December 5th, 11pm. Extremely rude and doesn't not know how to treat customers. I will never return to this location

Totally disgusted by how the business is managed. It was National chicken sandwhich day so they had free chicken sand give away with any purchase. So I bought chicken pot pie. When I went there to pick up the worker no.1 trying to explain they ran out of ingredients so I was like its ok just give me biscuits instead of buns cuz he sounded like they ran out of buns. So he called No2 worker who speaks lil better English but still failed to deliver the situation so he called the manager. The manager said she will replace the sandwhich for mini sando and I wasnt sure what mini sando was but when I saw the mini sand it was nearly half size of regular sandwhich I was suppose to receive. So I called the manager and say hey thats not even half the size if regular sand so u gotta give me at least 2 minis for replacement. And she like no its free promo we ran out of ingredients so I can only give 1 mini. If they ran out of ingredients then they shouldnt accept orders or close the promos. What kind of Franchise business dont accommodate their mistakes to their customers. I didnt travel all the way to spend my money and time to get something I wasnt promised for. The manager need to learn some common sense seriously.

Absolutely one of the worst stores I’ve been too. Not only are there 30+ minute wait times, but a majority of the staff are either slow, struggle to speak/understand English, or have a terrible attitude. I ordered 2 buckets of the 8 for $10 and a combo meal tonight, waited 25 minutes only to receive one bucket and one combo. When I brought it to the attention of one of the staff members, she proceeded to roll her eyes and bluntly told me that it would be at least another 20 minutes. Don’t bother ordering through the app as there were people ahead of me that ordered ahead and were told to wait another 20-30 minutes as well.

Never place an online order. They do not keep the pick up time. Why do we place an online order? To save time and do not want to get in a long line. They do mot care about online order. I waited more than 15 minutes to pick up my order, this took more time than in- store order. They do not care even if I am wainting for my online order. I hate that. They have to keep pick up time for online order.

This was the 2nd time that I ordered off of uber eats the 4 piece meal....EACH TIME... they gave me 2 thighs instead of the BREAST. Someone needs to be fired
