Since the spicy chicken tastes pretty good, my family usually orders from here. One time my family and I ordered spicy chicken, and the person at the phone was also rude. When we received the chicken, it turned out to be NORMAL CHICKEN! So we told them we wanted the spicy kind of chicken, but when the rude person delivered it, it WAS STILL NORMAL CHICKEN! So we complained about that to the man, but he just said "whatever" and dropped it and left us with the chicken. So we had original plain tasted chicken to eat that night. The food is great, but I only highly do not recommend this place because the service is pretty bad.

Chicken was good, pork was good, blood sausage was good. I'd honestly say everything was simply...

Used to love this place despite their poor attitude.Ordered garlic soysauce chicken wings and it was far from how it was last year. Garlic flavor was barely present, chicken has the weird smell.Attitude was also bad.

The best pork feet dish in Queens. I always order combos so I can eat a variety of food. My weekend starts with them.

I do like their jokbal. It has more fat pats, greasier while other places tend to have more lean meats. But there is reason that they are only 3.5 stars both in google review and yelp. And of course, it's their attitude, especially the way they answer calls. Even considering it's Korean restaurants, where bad service is kinda expected, it's lot worse than other restaurants. Fine, but not anymore.I called Kono Chicken at 7pm yesterday and I know they get extra annoying when it's close to their closing time, 8pm so I gently asked them if they still take an order, then she just hung up on me. I called them again and she didn't pick up the phone. All she had to say was they ran out of food or they were not taking any orders. But she just hung up without a word. Okay. There is a point where you just can't take bad services that it ruins good foods (even though they only take pick up orders, amazaing).

Five stars to One star. Recently, something is going on at this spot. They don't open in open hours, many times they did not pick up phone calls during the biz hours. Finally, I went there, and there was a guy who seems not appreciate my business at all. Too bad.

Delicious soy garlic wings and legs. The pork belly is delicious too. They include lettuce, picked radish and sauces in all orders (raw garlic and jalapeños too!) This is our go-to-place for take out Korean style fried chicken. The fries are great too. They manage to stay crispy bc they leave the carton open so they don't steam.

Anyone who gave this a 1 star review is a certified hater. With no due respect, hop off.KONO chicken SLAPS! Arguably the best Korean fried chicken in the 5 boroughs. I'd put their fried chicken pound for pound against anyone. Bet money on it. From the crunch to the sauce, they are about that LIFE!I'm fair though. Kono could step up it's napkin game. If you eat their chicken, it is advised to bring your own napkins.

I ordered &. It was awful taste. Someone who cooked them didn't know what is &. I threw them away and went to another restaurant. Wasted my $ and time.

Used to order jokbal from this place frequently but the quality is getting worse and worse. It smells terrible and it looked as if they took left overs from other people and used that to make the order. Terrible.

It used to be my go to place for KFC (Korean fried chicken) but it has not been the same. Too much breading on the wings and the meat has no taste. They either changed their recipe if they forgot how to make it right. Now that Popeyes is just up the road, I might just go there for my fried chicken cravings.

I always order combo 3, purchase them every month. Hot and crespy, good quality all the time.

Must try combo 7 Chicken , pork feet , pork belly . I switched the chicken to tender boneless for my 6years old son . He loves Kono chicken . I want to try their spicy pork feet too next time .

Bossam, Jokbal, and Fried Chicken are literally every Koreans' soul food and this place has all three which is awesome!! I was craving Bossam and I live in Manhattan where Korean food is White-washed to cater to the White Liberals who get off by eating tiny portions of not-so-Korean food but I digress lol. Bossam is really hard to come by in Flushing too as only a couple of restaurants tend to have them readily available. I asked around folks and found out that Kono does Bossam well. I got their large to go which was around $43 ith tax. Seemed expensive but when I came back home and the contents I was satisfied. The pork was thick sliced and there is a TON of Meat enough to feed about 3-4 people with all the condiments (sliced chile and garlic, shrimp sauce, ssamjang). I think the entire pork lasted me 3 meals which is great because meals can cost an arm and a leg in NYC. Definitely coming back for more if I feel like treating myself since it is a bit of a trek from the city with the train, then transferring to the bus to get here. But hey, I'd cross an ocean for good food!

I ordered the Jokbal. It was very thickly sliced and didn't taste good. Maybe the chef didn't want to work or was too busy. It smelled and was oily.Pig Feet
