Now confirmed that they never wash their veggies. So gross. So dangerous considering soil is full of parasites and bacterias too. If they can’t wash off this HUGE caterpillar, what do you expect from this place…
Also the staff all have attitudes. Never want to support this business again.

I come here all the time but today I found a bug in my dry hotpot (looked like a lantern fly) I was so stunned I went up to the lady and she grabbed the bowl out of my hand. I didn’t even complain (even though I should’ve) and she gave me so much attitude asking me what I want and if I wanted to reorder. I asked for a refund instead since I couldn’t trust their food quality and she walked away. When she came back she 1. Didn’t refund us the full amount of the meal and 2. Never apologized for the inconvenience caused. Instead gave my friend and I crazy attitude. Will never be coming back. I suggest you go elsewhere!

You don't come here for service or atmosphere. Its all about the flavour, authentic Chinese dry pot. Highly highly recommended
this is a personal favorite because of the noodle soup they make. it is phenomenal. however, you have to go in with the knowledge that a lot of the people attending your order ONLY speak a language other than english, so be patient.
furthermore, if they seem mean, they're not being mean! that's just their regular attitude. they're just doing their job.
