I had the Chicken pops and garlic broccoli. Was very good. Chicken was soft and tender inside, crispy on outside. Some of the best garlic broccoli I ever had. Not soggy, just the right amount of crispy and cooked. The dry rub was heaven. Verysl small seating section.

Decent halal options. Food is spicy & they don’t have ketchup for the fries.

I’ve always enjoyed their chicken cutlet and have been a regular customer for quite some time. Recently, though, I’ve felt that the chicken cutlet has become a bit drier compared to how it used to be. It’s not bad, but it doesn’t have the same juiciness I liked before.
On the positive side, their chicken thigh cutlet is still very good—tender, flavorful, and consistently well-prepared. I hope the chicken cutlet can return to its previous quality, because this has always been one of my favorite spots.

Solid Taiwanese fried chicken sold at a somewhat interesting location. The Legend Chicken itself is actually taken straight from a whole chicken, instead of just being meat cutlets, so you might get a few bones here and there, but also the chicken skin which is very tasty. The popcorn chicken is okay, but sadly a bit dry due to it being white meat. The wait time can be almost 20 minutes as the chicken is made to order, but for being one of if not the only halal Taiwanese chicken spots around, you could do much worse

I ordered the legend chicken and the pop combo. The legend chicken was thin but very dry. Seasoning is only on one side? Pop chicken was average, not a lot of crispiness. I didn’t know the tissues and gloves were provided till I it was on the bottom of the paper bag soaked up in oil. The price is quite high for the food quality and as fried chicken.

The cashier upfront was extremely rude. He was constantly looking at me while I was waiting.

Food is terrible and the employees are extremely rude. 0/10 would not recommend! Waste of $. Employee rushing customer to order and didn’t even let us decide spice level.

One of the better Taiwanese popcorn chicken in NYC. It is cheap, well seasoned, lightly battered, on the drier side popcorn chicken. Kudos to em for including some fried basil; although I'd say charging $1.5 for very little garlic slices and cilantros is not worthy. Only choose medium spicy if you think American spicy nuggets like Wendy has no kick at all. If you are fond of Taiwanese popcorn chicken, this is the place to be.

It's a small place inside a building. It's all takeout, no place to sit. The staff was nice. The chicken was made fresh so it was very hot and crispy.

Forget the food it’s the person at the front you should worry about. Completed my order on the kiosk and received my drink by the cashier with such disrespectful manners. He just left it there and walked away there’s no “hi” “here’s your drink” nothing just straight up left it there. Sat down since I put my order to dine in and waiting for my food. 10 minutes later the cashier and the chef brought the food out and asked “did you order two chicken” I replied yeah that’s my order then stared at me like I got two heads and said “well it’s ready”. First of all what kind of service is that makes it seem like I’m a dog fetching my damn food. Two have the audacity to say right after “once you’re down the garbage is over there”. Like who says that to your own customers especially to dine in. Couldn’t even finish my plate so I asked him for to go boxes. Now he wants to act all nice and try to “help out” by putting my box of food in the bag. He told me to turn the bottom box on top of the food, oh, did I also mentioned there was no plates served with the food. It was served on top of the container. Anyways I just put my food in the container and grabbed the bag myself and he just shrugged it up and walked away. Terrible service wouldn’t recommended to no one, get McDonald’s and call it a day.

Amazing halal fried chicken. It takes about 15 minutes to get your order so be prepared to wait. After that you'll need to wait a bit longer because it comes out HOT. Totally worth it though. It's pretty big as well so it's easily shareable between 2 people
Popcorn chicken (盐酥鸡) is quite flavorful, but the oil doesn’t taste fresh.

Horrible taste of the chicken i had so far. The chicken was so dry. It's overcooked. It's not worth to get it with $15. Only get spicy flavor, no seasoning. We were been told they have juicy chicken there. But the chicken i got was totally different.
