Liked: open air rooftop deck with enclosed bar, upper floor lounge with bar that had great drinks and food, modern rainfall shower and handheld shower attachment , staff was friendly, location was excellent. Disliked: the hallways were narrow and dark, the hallway carpets were old, worn and coming off the floor, there was one slow elevator to the rooms, the room furniture was stained and chipping, the walls were stained, the velvet feel couch had liquid stains all over it, the room key activated all the room lights and there was no way to choose what lights to have on/off, the a/c was loud for the small room size, there was no room service or resupply of toiletries and soaps, the towels were thin and shed excessively when used.

I stayed in room 105 recently. Oh wow. When I got in, the room had no windows. It was bed in middle, table on the right, and bathroom on the left. Incredibly small. Hated the bathroom because the toilet and shower was separated by a glass half wall and the shower is right over the sink? Like what? By the way, the shower over the sink will leak all the way through to the room. No way to keep the floor clean. I’m telling you guys, this room is messed up. You basically shower in the floor in front of the sink that you use to brush your teeth, and the water leaks through the crack onto the floor of the tiny room. Weird as Fudge. By the way, during covid, there is no housekeeping service unless you stay more than 3 days. You must gather your own trash and put it outside the door. Furthermore, towels are not replaced each day either - cost cutting? No earthly idea. Internet was like non existent in that room. In and out or just not working. I bothered on the first night to ask about internet password and then didn’t bother anymore when I realized the password only worked sometimes because of the horrible service and experience. Day 2 I went to ask for a towel and got it. Day 3 I went to ask for a towel and was told they had no more towels so yeah no house keeping and no fresh towels either. Might as well bring your own for that matter then. Phone reception in that room 105 was horrible as well. I could only make calls in certain area of the room and it was still in and out. The woman at the front desk is rude as hell. Not friendly just seem like she doesn’t want to be there. When I asked to use a restroom after I checked out on the last day because I still had a few hours to kill and checked in my bags there, I was told no bathrooms to use .. you will just to have hold it. Like what? Guys I certainly wouldn’t recommend this ho... err motel. I didn’t complain to management at all because what’s the point. They’re going to blame covid and I don’t feel like dealing with rude front desk woman. So I just took it, went about my business, and thank the Gods when I checked out after 3 nights to go home. Any pros? Well the bed was comfortable but there were like 2 brown (blood) stains on the white covering I found on the second night but I guess that’s just typical at this type of low hotel. Would I recommend this hotel? Haha, what do you think? Good luck staying here.

Firstly, the hotel is very clean and smells amazing. We stayed on the 7th floor in a king spa room. The room superseded my expectations, the bed and sheets omg. The best sleep I got in 2020 thus far. The bathroom was spotless and the tub was amazing. I would recommend long as well as short stays.

Don't ask me how I've lived in Queens for so long and didn't know that this spot existed! It's a nice vibe in here and the location has a reasonable amount of parking in the area

Writing an update to address the business owners response.. 1. We booked through someone who was affiliated with the lounge i.e. a promoter or something similar. He told us we needed to be there at a certain time. Unless you know who we spoke to and what he said, you should not speak on it. While the reservation may not have been made DIRECTLY with Lotus, the funds were still paid to this person of contact, and therefore given to Lotus, so they are ultimately an extension of Lotus. 2. Of course its normal to be guided to a section. Upon being guided to a section, the section shouldn't be covered with plates of food while guests are standing around without being told whats going on. All we were told was "just wait here" next to a dirty table. We didn't even know if it was our table or not. It is NOT the norm to be guided to a dirty table, sorry. We made a reservation - the table had a reserved sign on it, so clearly someone knew it was reserved and didn't clean it. No excuse there. 3. According to your statement in point 1., Ladies receive free entry before 12:30 AM. So our package price shouldn't have included the cost of 4 additional admissions if we would have gotten in for free anyway lol. We were never told it could be swapped out...I mean why would we think that is a possibility? The package is listed with a "house champagne" so we assumed that was part of the package. I understand the concept of upselling the cost of a bottle but the comparison to gas station champagne still stands...it was a $6.00 bottle of champagne lol not even comparable to a $50 bottle in the store. 4. You can read my review...I never said any staff was "standing around" and I'm aware of the purpose of security. I'm not sure if the person who "commonly" cleans the rest room took the night off because at every point in the night that we used the rest room, there was no toilet paper and the bathroom was dirty. In response to your statement that "there was never 15 minutes of stopping due to malfunctions" I was there...the music stopped. The DJ tried to fix it...it came back on at one point for a quick second then went back off. In an effort to keep the crowd engaged, the DJ tried to do birthday and friend shout outs. This was not a 5 minute DJ swap.

I booked a room for a Friday night, the room was clean and looked as pictured on the website. However at 10 pm they have a party on the top floor with music that is so loud the windows were shaking from the base. It did not end until after 2am, if you plan to sleep, I would not stay at this hotel. I think it is very deceiving to not inform potential customers of the noise issue prior to them booking a room. Are you running a club or a hotel, you can't do both at the same time, especially if the rooms are not sound proof. I didn't get any rest, it was a complete waste of money considering there were plenty of other options at the same price point.
Came out for my girls birthday, had tons of fun. Ordered the hibiscus sangria, the bartender actually started torching cinnamon sticks which caused some smoke and made my drink smell mad good
