It’s become absolutely disappointing to come here anymore! I would put ZERO stars if it was an option!! Went there to get a bagel with cream cheese and sliced tomatoes only to get a bagel with cream cheese on one side of it. I have attached a picture. I called and made a complaint and they said they’ll give me another bagel on the house. The next time I went to get the same thing I found 2 hairs in my bagel!!!! I attached a picture. How is this ok? I am absolutely disgusted!!!!! This is unacceptable!

Not sure what happened since the ownership changed but you can tell a lot about an establishment by the quality of their ingredients. I ordered a plain bagel with butter and I have never had lower quality butter in my life. Tasted like lard. Absolutely terrible.

The bearded attendant ignored me even though I was in line and instead attended to those behind me. This was very disturbing. The Spanish staff helped. I will never go to a place where there is such discrimination again.

Main street bagels combines flavor and professionalism. The place is immaculate, and the staff keeps everything running like clockwork. This spot clearly has high standards — both in food and cleanliness. We felt really taken care of from start to finish.

I tried ordering catering from a kosher competitor in fresh meadows and they were so rude and not helpful. Main Street bagels was accommodating right away. Delivered an awesome party platter same day. I will be using them going forward.
