The best of the best. I remember picking Mario and Father up from JFK when they immigrated from Italy ?? Working togther in family butchers at young age. Mario was the best and now Joe is carrying on a family tradition is the best of the best.

I have had sandwiches that were excellent, but the butcher aspect is seriously going downhill. I asked for a pound of flank steak, the employee took one that was brown, blue and barely red, looked like it had been there forever. He was clearly trying to not let me see it. When I asked to see it, he reluctantly brought it to me for a closer view and it was disgusting looking. I politely asked for another piece but they said that the other piece was a 2 lb piece and we’re not willing to cut it into one pound for me after trying to sell me that last piece of garbage. I left without getting anything.

I searched every grocery store in my area for guanciale but to no avail, until one of the stores suggested coming here. The guys there were super chill and had exactly what I needed. I was able to use their guanciale to make a delicious carbonara, and I can’t thank them enough!
Absolutely the best! The meat is fresh and best quality; their tuna salad is amazing and everything is just the best. Not even mentioning how lovely every is: helpful, polite and sweet. Highly recommend it!
