I am an Uber Eats delivery driver, and I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a serious incident that occurred on December 9th, shortly after midnight at a McDonald’s location.
I accepted an order around 12:00 AM. Since the lobby door was closed for the night, I proceeded to the drive-thru pickup window. Through the window, I could clearly see that no staff was present at the front counter, so I pressed the service bell. After waiting approximately two minutes without any response, I pressed the bell a second time.
After a long delay, a young employee finally walked over to the window. He approached in a very unprofessional manner — with both hands in his pockets, moving slowly and carelessly. He looked at my phone, then went inside to retrieve the order. When he returned, he made several comments in an unhappy tone. Although my English is limited and I could not fully understand his words, it was obvious that he was complaining about me simply because I rang the bell for service after being ignored.
At that moment, I had no idea he was going to leave a negative rating on my account. It wasn’t until I delivered the order that I discovered the unfair negative review left by this employee.
After noticing this, I immediately returned to the restaurant to speak with the manager. I calmly explained the situation and asked why their staff gave me a negative rating when I was only waiting for service. The manager refused to address my concerns, ignored me, and repeatedly told me to leave. It was clear he intended to protect the employee instead of resolving the issue.
I insisted on knowing the employee’s name so I could file a proper complaint and ask what exactly I had done wrong to deserve a negative rating. The manager went inside and spoke with the employee for a long time. Then the employee came out slowly, with the same disrespectful attitude, and insulted me by calling me a “bastard.”
The manager again ordered me to leave instead of handling the misconduct.

came to eat here from the airport and was met by the friendliest staff and a nice boy named Juan! he made us laugh while we waited for our food which was nice and fresh. Will definitely visit again for the quick drive thru

I went to this specific McDonald’s, and half of our food is missing and did 3 mistakes, First of all is that one of our burgers was missing and when we waited in line for an extra 5 minutes, the waiter looked at us like it was our fault and made us feel guilty without apologizing. Second, when we wanted sauces, they forgot about it again and we had to wait in line for the second time. But instead of giving us all the packets of sauces, they only gave us 3 ketchup packets even though I said 3 ketchup packets WITH a packet of BBQ sauce. Third of all, my husband ordered a coke but instead of giving us what we paid for, they just gave us a large Dr Pepper, and my husband hates Dr Peppers because of the cherry taste. The food was overall fresh and good but they had horrible service.

My friends, staffs, sister and I have come to this and that all of us ordered the food. My sister and I ordered chicken strips, French fries and a drink. The food was wonderful. The service was good, and the atmosphere was that there were many people eating there, and many other things.

I tend to stop by during the late night hours and I’m always greeted by the goat Baldur. He never fails to give us exceptional service, even though it’s late at night. Thanks for always being a highlight of my boyfriend and I’s 3am food runs :)

This place was packed when we pulled up, which is always a good sign. Instead of making the long line, we ordered from the app and our food was out to our car in less than five minutes. My kids said the chicken nuggets were the freshest they've ever had, so that had to mean something.
I love how conveniently this restaurant is located right between the highway exits. You can exit, grab your food, and jump right back on the road.

The Hispanic females working here are beyond rude and cussed my wife out. Fire them or this place will drive away customers. Especially the older ones who cuss in spanish. We just walked away and let them talk their talk. Don’t come here!

Ordered Happy Meals on 5/29 and 6/2, and both times my kids wake up in the middle of the night vomiting and complaining about stomachaches. I think the chicken nuggets are not fresh since that's what they both ate... Used to be my go to place but no more. Be aware!!
