They frequently miss orders, which would be fine if they admitted their mistake and prepared the missing items for me. However, they just ignored it even after I pointed out that it should have been ready. Ten minutes later—25 minutes after my initial order—I asked again if it was being prepared, and they got mad at me, making me feel like I was the bad person. *note: it was just a cup of coffee. I understand that rudeness and poor work systems are common in Flushing, but shouldn't they at least process my order once they realize their mistake?

Went today for McFlurry and I decided to get fries but then saw they had $5 meal so I decided to get that and McFlurry but when I paid for my meal never told me out of ice cream until my meal came and I asked for full refund and only got $5 back and I walked out without my meal since I really didn’t want it anyway. I won’t be back.

I don’t know why that bch manager has an attitude at 6 in the morning. Bch acts like she doesn’t work there when people are waiting to have their order taken. I’m pretty sure she is the person redirecting online orders to Main Street. If you hate your job, go do something else

I ordered the meal with ice cream. They forgot gave me the ice cream. I went back for the ice cream. Sale person gave a bad attitude for forgetting my ice cream, and said they out of spoon. And refused to give the bag for it. Omg, very bad attitude and very unprofessional work. I will never go there again.I ordered 2 $6 mean with rhe beef. But i revived 2 $5 chicken meal after i Got home. I calledthe McDonald's about this issue. The manager said no refund and no return qith very bad attidue. It is crazy and very unprofessional. Never go there again
