Barely any employees speak English and if they do they pretend not to you can barely get what you asked for because even though a lot of people here speak English they do not hire enough English-speaking people they have to get a manager just to speak English to you

So I very rarely eat at McDonald's, so I don't know if it's this location specifically or McDonald's in general but the last few times I've been there they've gotten the order wrong. This time I ordered five items and two of them were incorrect. A 10-minute wait at a drive-thru is unacceptable. Also, I'm sorry if I'm going through a drive-thru and every single time you ask me to pull into a parking spot and they'll bring it out to me... That seems to indicate that you don't know how to effectively and efficiently run a drive-thru. Fries and nuggets were of their usual good quality. Everything else mediocre at best, even for fast food.

The service at this McDonaldâs is consistently terrible. Orders are wrong more often than theyâre right, and the food is slapped together with zero care with the sandwiches falling apart, missing ingredients, or just flat out incorrect. Thereâs always something off, whether itâs missing items or sloppy prep. Definitely needs better management and attention to quality.

First the service is very bad I wait 20min did even order yet and finally i wait till first person in the line,i ask a meal and they told me there is no more soft drink after they said they just turn around go do other work there is no body stand in the order place,second i think they have racism to me because i am Chinese they are all Spanish how could i know by when they turn around there is a white woman cut the line and ask for order,the girl on the order area directly order for that woman just leave me there

The person in charge of making sure uber drivers confirm the order when picking it up does not do his/her job. My order was apparently picked up by someone but it was never confirmed therefore my driver was changed and when he went to âpick upâ my order it was gone leading to my order being canceled. This person does not do his/her job.

Donât stop here after school hours. Itâs overrun by annoying kids and yesterday they were running from police that were brought in from threats of a fight. The police are not your parents. And these kids desperately need help.
