Waited 25 mins for my food and it was cold. My appetizer (Mofongitos) was not presentable and cold as well. I ordered a Mojito and it was more like a lemonade. I am very disappointed since I been coming here for many years unbelievable.

Ok, at service was overcharged on a dime size meat extra. I literally said ? ? ? are you serious at $3 extra np ?, thank you. Great for the neighborhood, especially with liquor license great at family business. Unfortunately, not all family members are for the front line. My experience over the years was great. This day literally experienced price gouging last time for me was the principle, and service was too ☃️ ? ❄️!

If I could give one star I would the worst experience ever I went with my family of 3 to have breakfast we asked for breakfast special which was 13.95 the waitress asked how we want our eggs we responded the I asked for extra meat instead of cheese when the food came I had a small piece of salami I asked where was what I ordered I was told the tan out of salami so they gave me the small piece that was left we ordered a picadera the brought out chopped pieces of cold wet cheese instead of fried cheese the chicken was old and dark on the inside the yuca fries were old as well when the bill came it was 170 dollars !!! We asked for a breakfast platter which was 13.95 not only did they charge us that but they also charged us 4 dollars extra per play for eggs ! And 4 dollars for sausages I was confused what is included in the 13.95 only pancakes ?! Why was I paying 13.95 and then being charged for eggs and bacon or sausage besides the 13.95 the food was disgusting! The poor waitress couldn’t say anything but I’m sorry I have lived across the street since 2007 this place was great with the old management the knew owners ruined this place horrible food crooks the fact that they ask you how you want food and don’t tell you it’s a whole separate meals is ridiculous and just unethical I wouldn’t go back to this place if they offered me free food 5 dollars for a juice I should have taken a picture of the bill but I paid it and left and not to mention the 28% tax that they include on you’re bill what makes you think it’s ok to include a 28% tax ! In a diner at that I wish I could no stars do better this is why your restaurant is empty ! All the time the only reason ppl still go here is from last resort because we have nothing in the area at all but word of advice it’s better to pay some where else than these crooks you’re not a family establishment hopefully some one buys this place that cares about customers and food quality stay away !!!!

The food is okay, we paid ahead for 14 people, portions were mediocre. We told the waitresses about it, one of them told me "we told him (owner) but he just yelled at us and treat us bad u should go talk to him yourself, he's the one with white hair." He did not help us at all... just kept telling us we order the wrong thing. A owner who treats his employees and customers like nothing does not deserve a good review. Do better!
