In the state of NY there is a new law that came out of not giving napkins, straws, sauces without the customer asking for it and if there are notices in English and Spanish throughout the business, that has been our rulers because of climate change, we will have citizen awareness thank you

I was a constant customer of this bakery but a year ago everything has changed, you order a lot of food and they don't give you napkins or sauce and not to mention the drinks they don't give sorbet, one day my husband got upset because it was the last straw. I asked for panela water for my child and as always they didn't give me a straw, he went to complain and the lady threw it away, I don't know... if it's a matter of the staff or the owner but they should put a sheet specifying what they charge extra for a napkin or straw.

It was my first time in the place, I asked for a salpicon because it looked delicious and empanadas but the salpicon tasted bad and although I kindly asked for a change I feel like they got annoyed by how they treated me after that and at first they told me it wasn't bad just seeing it and one thing is how it looks and another how it tastes. The empanadas left a lot to be desired and the chili pepper too, I felt that the empanadas were very small for their price and the meat tasted a little strange to me and the chili pepper was less than half a small jar and it wasn't a big deal, nothing was tasty, I know other Colombian bakeries around and they are so much better than this one. They leave a lot to be desired and I feel like the ingredients they use for their products are cheap and poor quality. The only good thing is that they have coffee sweets and they are cheap.
