Awesome place for some desert or a sweet treat. The wamochi is exceptional. It's the perfect sweet crispy chewy treat and it's well priced! They did lose a star because of quality control - some days it's good and some days, not so much.

Got the new mochi waffle with ice cream thing, which is advertised with an illustration of a big scoop of ice cream on top of the mochi waffle. Instead, it came out with literally 2 tablespoons of melting ice cream.. it was so pathetic it was like someone accidentally dripped ice cream on it.
I had even tipped the girl a one dollar bill in the tip jar. This place is a joke.

The boba drink was good but the terrible customer service provided by the cashier will not bring me back. I went on 8/11/25 around 7pm. She needs changing or to simply be relieved of her duties.

The cashier who worked on 3/16th Sunday at 12pm was very rude. She seems like she doesn’t want to work. She kept cutting my words when I tried to order several more items. It’s not first time that her attitude was rude. I visited here several times. Always, same workers with very tired and rude attitudes. Boba was good. Onigiri was mid. Customer service is 0/10. Genuinely, fire her or tell her to change her attitude for your better business. You just lost your regular customer.

I ordered the tuna and crabmeat onigiri and a chocolate wamochi. The wamochi was good, hot, chewy and crispy on the outside. However the onigiri was a big no, the rice was falling apart and it was so hard. Not fresh at all

The tea I ordered was good but the menu is deceiving. Under “Staff Picks” they listed a passion fruit green iced tea which indicated in both the photo and description that it had lychee jelly and tapioca pearls. Nowhere did it say those were suggested toppings. The cashier asked if I wanted any toppings and I said “as is” with the lychee jelly and tapioca pearls listed in the photo and description. I ended up being charged 75 cents extra for lychee jelly. False advertising, I won’t be returning when there are other similar bubble tea places in the area.

I absolutely love Momo Ashi! I haven't ever had anything like their mochi waffles. My favorite flavors are the strawberry and the brown sugar boba wamochi. I wanted to try something new and had a mini Earl Grey wamochi. It was surprisingly delicious! Everytime I come by, I'm sure to take some for my family too. Just remember that there is a bit of a wait time since the wamochi are made fresh to order. The wait is worth it though!
