Great tasting Taiwan style Chinese dumplings. We loved item D1 Seafood, Pork, Yellow Chives Dumplings. So good, we had to buy the to go frozen dumplings in 50 pieces for home eating. Only about 5 seats available to dine in.

Really good noodles and pork rice. Especially if you like Taiwanese food! The owner is really friendly and welcome.

Very authentic Taiwanese food. Place is small with limited seat, so not suitable for big crowds. 1-2 people crowd should be the best size. Taste exactly like what you will get from Taiwan, not too salty not too oily. The best Taiwanese place in town I would say.

Found this place randomly last night, and I will always come back! I love the spicy beef noodle - the original broth is mildly spicy and can add more chili sauce to adjust the spice level, just like how we do it in Taiwan. The beef shank is amazing. The best part is, you can add as much pickles you want, free of charge, and this is the most important thing for me - this is the authentic way people eat their beef noodle in Taiwan - many beef noodle places here charge extra for the pickles. They sell frozen beef noodle broth to go (comes with beef and pickles, and you can make it with any type of noodles at home), I don't live in flushing, so that is a big plus for me! There are also beef noodle in tomato broth and braised pork over rice on the menu. My partner ordered the braised pork over rice, she was super satisfied with the dish. The rice came with a tea egg, firm braised tofu, and Taiwanese pork sausage. It was so good, the customers next to us ordered it to go because they saw us enjoying it so much!

Excellent Taiwan-style beef noodle soup. Now have a go to noodle place in Flushing, aside from Lamb Noodle. This place is legit. Tiny stall, but you can order to go without noodles at a cheaper price (cook your own noodles). Highly recommended!!! Next stall is a Taiwan-style shaved ice store for dessert

The dumplings, especially the quality and the favor, are the best you could find in Flushing area.

Definitely hands off the best best noodle soup in New York. It takes me back to the flavors when I was traveling in Taiwan. There is only 3 items on the menu. There is signature beef noodle soup, tomatoes beef noodle, and a rice dish. It was about 7pm when I was there and the rice dish was sold out already. I tried the signature beef noodle soup and again "it was amazing". Will definitely return and try the other dishes.

The beef noodle soup was excellent and came with a generous amount of very tender beef. I recommend the non-spicy kind for its complex flavor. The tomato does wonder to the soup. The spicy kind is not spicy at all, so it's a bit disappointing. The one drawback is that the booth is very small and some customers order many bowls at a time. If you are unlucky, you may have to wait up to half an hour just for a bowl of noodle soup.

I went to this place twice a week when they first opened. Dumplings are yummy and juicy. Hard to find something that's similar to this. The frozen dumplings are a little expensive but they worth the price as they are freshly made and frozen.

Found this location by accident as I was going to get Joe's rice rolls and they are located a few stalls from each other. They have another location at Bake Culture on Northern Blvd. This establishment only sells 1 thing and it's the beef noodle soup. It's either spicy or not spicy. I opted for the spicy one since the broth is supposedly different? At $9 and change I wasn't amazed by the beef noodle soup. The spice wasn't strong and the broth was good but not great. The noodles were al dente and the beef chunks were large. I just wished the broth had more depth in flavor. A plus about this place is they accept credit cards. Not sure if it's credit cards only. They have about 5-6 stools for eating at the location as well.

This man is a true artist and his canvas is Taiwanese cuisine. Let the Instagram crowd swarm Joe's Rice Rolls and walk to the back.

Hands down my favorite dumpling house in flushing. Every dumpling is made fresh and to order. Must try!

Welcome to the neighborhood, New Kitchen! There are more than enough dumpling stalls in Flushing but they are a welcome addition. It gives the reigning favorite a run for it's title. The menu here is simple and there are choices for everyone. There is pork, chicken, seafood and vegetarian. Each of the meat choices can be made with cabbage or chives. Each order comes with 12 dumplings so totally shareable if you choose to be nice. Or smart and then you can eat even more. We ordered the pork and chive dumplings along with the chili oil wontons. The chili oil wontons comes 10 to an order. First, be patient and wait a minute before you take a big bite. Dumplings are cooked to order and they are juicy little suckers. It's not XLB broth but there are definitely juices in the dumplings. They will squirt and burn if not careful. The pork and chives dumplings are a nice balance of meat to chives. The flavors of each ingredient complement each other and nothing is over powering. The wrappers are homemade but they aren't that thick which I prefer. They hold in all the juices and flavor like a precious cargo. There are side dishes available and some noodles and soups too. I am excited to try those on my next visits. The owner is super sweet and puts so much love in each dumpling. He runs a very clean stall and there are some seating available. Take a seat and watch the magic happen. You can order frozen ones to take home but I think you might have to call ahead. I would definitely visit before everyone decides to come and the wait becomes too long.

Authentic Taiwanese style dumplings. Bite-size and light flavored. The owners make them on the spot.
