If you're looking for flowers on a budget you can get a dozen roses (the one in the photo) for $15 and valentine's day is next week! This is stationed in front of a deli and I'm not sure when they are opened but if you want a quick and cheap option for flowers this isn't a bad idea. Tulips were $10 for like a dozen. While I was there the person selling the flowers was on the phone and didn't really want to respond to much. It seemed as if he was on a very important phone call but they have cheap prices for nice looking flowers! P.s I'd assume they only take cash.
