The food there was moderate, it tasted odd, the color was even a bit off, the service was ok, the server did provide some help with cutting and flipping but when the meat burnt, the server had no mind towards the burnt meat. The bottom part of the grill wasn’t covered so when I touched the bottom I was almost burned when picking the food from the grill, I also found that the issues that were mentioned in other people’s posts weren’t addressed and that most of the reviews were ignored especially when it came to customer service and the problems with equipment. I personally would not recommend this place to anyone. I regret coming to this place without reading any of the reviews.

I had a very disappointing experience at this buffet. Unfortunately, the service did not meet basic expectations of professionalism or courtesy. The lady was disrespectful and unwelcoming, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable from the start.
I was also surprised by the policy that does not allow guests to enter if they arrive alone, or before the rest of their group arrives. Being asked to wait outside by the entrance felt unreasonable and poorly handled. Especially if you arrive alone they won’t let you in at all! What a shame for the business!
Overall, the customer service was unsatisfactory, and the way guests are treated needs significant improvement. Based on this experience, I would not return again.

Good Price point. It lies on Google, they have an updated their pictures.Lunch stops at 2. I saw it till 230 on the picture here They still honored it to me.

It was 75$ for two people without drinks, the food was pretty mid, there was no variety in sushi, nor the veggies, the drinks weren't included and there was no refill for them, in the check gratuity was , even though my boyfriend and I refused to add tip as the client service wasn't good at all, the server treated us as if we didn't speak English and got someone to translate to Spanish just because she heard that we were speaking it between us, her treatment towards us was rude in general. Sadly, we ended up disappointed.

Food here is decent basics, there’s some un marinated meat that’s a little bland but there’s a salt pepper mix in the corner and dipping sauces that makes them delicious. Otherwise the selection is good but basic, the prepared foods are a mix of eh, and really nice. The meat and veg selection is solid. Definitely don’t miss the salt pepper and sauces for the unmarinated meats tho!
The price can’t be beat. $19 per person for a weekday steak lunch? That’s fantastic, that’s damn near take out prices.
Service was phenomenal. Either they saw all the reviews complaining about service and put in the work to improve or ppl are just complaining bc they resent the included 18% tip (that they make sure to point out to you, they’re very honest about it!) and frankly with the amount of work they put in (we got out water changed like 4 times in an hour and they cooked the food for us largely!) they should have left it at 20%! Frankly we felt they deserved more than 18% so we left another $5 on the table.

This place was absolutely incredible. The value you get from the great food and low pricing is hard to compare. All the meats were cooked for us at our table with anything else we choose. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome even though we dinned close to their closing time. I look forward to taking my friends back to this place, thank you so much!

New York K-BBQ is my favorite K-BBQ spot in the area because the food quality is comparable to that of Picnic Garden but with better service! I even took my extremely picky best friend here and she said she enjoyed her meal.
I would highly recommend this restaurant to others!

We had a blast! Came here with a larger group and we ate as much as we could! The rice wine was perfect for this amount of food. The meats were all fresh, as were the appetizers and everything else they served. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I can't wait to come back!
