I've been ordering meat, seafood, etc. from N Y Steak & Seafood now for more than a year. All the items I've ordered for our family have been absolutely delicious. One particular and important thing I'll say is receiving our meat in vacuumed packaging. So all the items advertised are their true weight compared to supermarket packaging where each item bought includes the foam tray and plastic wrapping, so the price and weight listed for their packaging includes these extra packaging and the actual weight listed is not the package's true weight. E.g: chopped meat needed for hamburgers or meatloaf, and the packaged weight listed 1.25 pounds.. You are not actually buying 1.25 pounds of chopped meat due to these extra packaging items.
With N Y Steak & Seafood, each item is vacuumed packed, and so the advertised weight you're buying is true.. This is also true for their seafood items, etc.. Their customer service department is excellent too.. I have not been dissatified with all my purchases from N Y Steak & Seafood! Thank you. Helen S.

I ordered 10 lbs of snow crabs and paid $260. I had them shipped to Florida. The crab arrived right on time and I was able to follow my shipment as it progressed . The crabs arrived frozen solid even after sitting outside for an hour in 100° heat. These crab legs were the absolute best I've ever had. They look exactly like the picture they show. They were HUGE and very fresh. Four of us ate them over the course of two nights. I would say 5 lbs is just enough for four people. I'm not an easy person to impress so for me to say how impressed I was is really saying something. I'll be ordering more very soon. At roughly $26 a pound these are a steal. My local store sells snow crabs that are literally 1/3 the size of these and ugly as hell, brown spots, barnacles etc. and they don't have half the flavor of these crabs. If you're on the fence about ordering crab legs from them then just do it. You will not regret it. Thank you New York Steak & Seafood for delivering on your promise. I placed an order of 3 lbs of veal cutlets as a gift. It was being delivered to Fl. Worried because I did not chose overnight I contacted the owner with my concerns, and the response was quick the owner assured me everything would be fine. It arrived in perfect condition still frozen. Super happy.I finally received the phone call I was waiting for and the cutlets were absolutely delicious. Thank you New York steak and seafood co. I have tried for 4 days to contact this company to change the shipping address, the first time being a few minutes after the order was placed. The only response I got was I have to wait. I understand they are busy due to the holiday, but after 4 days, they should be able to help me. Now I can't even just go in and cancel the order. I guess from reviews, if all goes fine with your order, you will be good, but I just hope you don't need help because you won't get it!

Ordered frozen breaded eggplant and had it shipped to Maryland. Arrived on time, frozen and made eggplant parmigiana for a family holiday gathering of 35 people. Family raved about the taste/flavor and consistency of the eggplant dish.I could not find frozen breaded eggplant locally…New York Steak and Seafood was perfect!
