This company stands behind their products. My original order came completely thawed and I sent an email to advise them without the mention of a refund or replacement. I considered it a loss assuming the blame would be left with the courier. However, within 24 hours of the communication, a replacement order was sent and everything arrived in perfect condition. I cooked the ribs were delicious. I highly recommend this company for its integrity and quality of food.
I've ordered the lobster ravioli, meatballs, breaded chicken, and the eggplant. Everything was outstanding. It's carefully packed and shipped also. It's expensive, but very very well worth it.
