Their meat portions are surprisingly low compared to literally every other food cart I have tried in New York.Would not recommend . Better to walk to jacksonheights for much better halal food carts.

Best option to go in the neighborhood! My favorite is the lamb on half salad / half brown rice with extra spicy sauce... He adds a falafel and some fries as the side, as well

In my opinion this is the best halal food in Elmhurst for sure because I've had Sammy's and it gives me the runs. Nours is super tasty and always fresh. I love the lamb gyro but the food is just as great. Give Nours a try and you will not be disappointed.

Love the mix plate... lamb and chicken with brown rice. They add salad and fries. Food is freshly made when ordered unlike other places that just reheat the meat. Great food and owner!

The gyro was great, I had to share & almost growled. Hot sauce isn't the spiciest but has some kick, yay nose sweats!

A lot of my coworkers were saying this was the best cart near Elmhurst Hospital, so I finally gave it a try. Ultimately, I was disappointed. I chose yellow rice instead of brown, so maybe that was my downfall. The rice was overcooked and lacked flavor. The chicken was somehow also lacking in flavor. So overall, the meal just tasted like sauce. The ratio of chicken to gyro was also off in my combination plate. I had mostly chicken with some gyro thrown in. The gyro itself was pretty flavorful, so I wish I had more of it to give a lackluster meal some more flavor. It's strange when a Halal cart ends up unsatisfying, but that is what happened. Perhaps the brown rice would have changed things. It definitely did not taste like classic Halal cart food. I've had the Halal cart on the Broadway side of the hospital as well as Sammy's and both of these outclass Nour's Halal 2 Go. It did not help that this place was $7 for the combination over rice, which is $1 more than the other cart.
