I don't understand why there are so many people disliking this Papa John's. The food is phenomenal and the employees are friendly. The price is definitely reasonable. But I'm bothered by the atmosphere. It is unwelcoming, like a hospital. The talking between the employees kind of makes me forget about it though.

I would buy pizza at Flushing Papa John’s Store #3763 / 14714 45TH AVe but after what I saw i was speechless. i went to pick up my order and the employee was making pizza without gloves, then he came to me, i paid cash i stayed nead the counter for couple of minutes and he return back to making the pizza right after touching the money. he grabbed a hand full of cheese without even washing his hands after touching the money which is so unsanitary and cross contamination as money is dirty and he can get people sick. he didnt even care to wash his hands. someone should take action about this.

Be careful ordering here. I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and cheese bread and had water coming out of my rectum for the past 2 days. This happened recently as well (Feb 2). Clearly, they're not checking on the quality of the food

I recently bought a cheese steak pizza and was very disappointed by the lack of hygiene. The staff weren’t wearing hairnets and no gloves, and I saw one employee rolling dough from their palm up to their forearm. To make matters worse, they used a computer keyboard and then handled the dough and pizza without washing their hands or putting on gloves this is unacceptable.
I ordered the steak pizza, expecting a fair amount of steak ( I also requested for extra steak) Instead, I found only three tiny pieces. The pizza was dry and tasted overwhelmingly of burnt onions. I won’t be returning.

I usually do like Papa John's pizzas but not from here or at least not this time. The pizza was dry and the dough was very chewy. The pizza was also not cut very well. There's nothing much to it. Everything else is fine and what you would expect from a fast food pizza chain. I would eat it if I had it but I would not go out of my way to buy from this place again.
Very good pizzas and good service, but there is no place to eat inside the premises.

This place never disappoints and I have been ordering here for the past 2 months, the pizza is great, the garlic sauce is great, everything is great. Pizza always nice and hot.
