There was these Spanish workers and they made my ice coffee so bad barely any ice it was watered down and no flavor at all for caramel iced coffee. It tasted like straight water mixed with milk I was so upset. I usually come here and see Asians workers they know how to make the coffee but this time it was different workers I assume they were new. The pastries was also not so great or fresh it depends on the time of day or which pastry you choose. It’s also very expensive even when I had a deal it was pricey.

This is one of the first Paris Baguettes I've visited many years ago. When we stop by this location, there are always so many people hanging out at the cafe. It seems like a very busy location. My kids like the cheesecake.

I recently met a teenager who left a lasting impression on me—his name was Jacob, if I remember correctly. Let me tell you, this young man has the kind of presence that’s hard to come by. When I walked up to order, he greeted me with the warmest smile, his eyes reflecting a kindness and attentiveness you don’t often find. Not only was he quick to serve, but he did it with such care and patience, you’d think he was serving a family member rather than a stranger.
His attention to detail was spot-on. You could tell he wanted to ensure every part of the experience was just right. He went above and beyond, making sure everything was perfect and taking his time to get every little thing right. It’s rare to see someone, especially a young person, handle a job with that level of dedication and thoughtfulness. Jacob’s performance was the kind that deserves recognition—a real, meaningful shout-out. In my opinion, a promotion would only be the beginning of what he deserves.

Honestly I come to this place often, their treats and drinks are delicious. May I say also, their customer service is fantastic. They’re very welcoming and attentive and always make everything soooo yummy. Jacob specifically is soo nice to me and it’s so nice seeing him when he’s working he makes my coffee the best!

David was truly a delight today. He helped by restocking the wax sheets when he noticed it had run out. Was very courteous at checkout and ensured my order was correct by asking if my beverage was hot or iced. ( I've been here before and was rushed not asked by another associate how I wanted my coffee or if I wanted anything else despite there being no line and although I never said iced which I felt implied hot got the wrong beverage.) I felt valued by David and even enjoyed our chat and that he called me by name since I'm a rewards member. I look forward to coming back and getting quality service from David! I live in the neighborhood and spend quite a bit of money here so it's nice to be treated like a valued customer.
