This is the second time I go and they don't have the supplies that the Macchiato dubai chocolate carries the first time was a week ago they did it for me but they made me wait a long time to tell me that there was no kataifi but they still gave me and today I go and ask if they can give me and they tell me that today they don't have it either. This is annoying
The cakes are amazing but unfortunately the Queens Crossing location is horrible. I order my cakes in advance online but when I get there (hours later) to pick it up at the time I said I would pick it up, they tell me they don’t have my order. I show them my order confirmation and then they tell me that they’re sold out of that cake and to pick a different one. This has happened more than once or twice and it’s made the experience horrible! I really do love their cakes and it sucks that there is only one location in the heart of Flushing. But I feel I need to find a new and more reliable bakery to order my cakes.
