They always put too much milk or dilute the coffee here. It all tastes like milk tea and not coffee anymore. I only go when I'm too lazy to travel out of my way for coffee.

I pre-ordered this cake there for a party and it looked just thrown together. I wish I looked at it before carrying it very carefully down the road. Sadly it looked nothing like the photo. Also I called this in advance. The worker had no idea what I was talking about when I named the cake in details straight from the website and they passed me to a rep who knew right away. This was not the first time I dealt with clueless workers at that location. How do you not know your own products? Ridiculous. Do not recommend this location.

Worst Paris Baguette I’ve ever been to. I asked for my breakfast sandwich to be heated up, it was heated up, smashed and folded in half. Like seriously??? Then trying to get my smoothie, the worker tried to give me a drink that was spilled all over the cup. Only come here if you want a pastry or 2 but not to heat up anything or a smoothie. Terrible.

This Paris Baguette is one of my go-tos in the area. They have a beautiful, large dining space, music is never too loud, the staff is incredible, it is very clean, and the store is not too busy. The only reason for the -1 star is that they do not offer wifi at this location.

I am in shock of how nice the workers here are. While in line to pay, I witness a lady who seemed to be korean come in and just start yelling at the workers about a coffee she got that morning. It’s never that big of a deal honestly it’s coffee. I got a caramel latte, great coffee. Just what i needed

Got a coffee, ham and cheese pastry, and strawberry lemon croissant. Asked for a cup of water and they illegally charged me for tap water.
All the baked goods are always great. I understand it might be just a small confusion. But I asked for no sugar for my coffee due to my diet. After I left and took a sip of the coffee in my car to find out it’s has sugar in it. Please just be aware on these small details for customer since sometimes that do affect if they have a special diet needs to follow. Now I have a full cup of coffee that I cannot enjoy. :(
