I am writing to formally report a serious food safety issue regarding my recent order. I preordered the Mini Strawberry Soft Cream Cake through Uber Eats on Monday, March 17, 2025, for delivery on Wednesday, March 19, 2025. However, upon receiving the cake, I was extremely disappointed and concerned to find that it was in an unacceptable condition, as shown in the attached photos. The cake appears to be spoiled, and consuming it could pose significant health risks. This was intended as a birthday cake for my 70-year-old father, making the situation even more distressing. Had we consumed it, it could have led to serious health consequences. I would like to know who is responsible for this issue and what actions will be taken to address it. This is completely unacceptable, and I expect a prompt resolution.

I asked for black coffee no sugar. They kept on adding the syrup even after I asked no sugar 2 times and they changed the coffee 2 times. Terrible customer service!!!

I was there with my family I saw sign on the door if you by 3 pastry 1 free , I went to counter with 4 pastry and I ask for discount guy in the counter totally ignore I show him sign he rip sign front me and tell me no discount it’s really disrespect, I ask him you put sign and you ignore me , he say there business policy manager order no more discount , sign is there still, how this company run in America, falls advertising to bring people inside , I like request to attention by owner to how your business running cheating with customers.

For paying a high price on pastries and cakes, at least they maintained the cleanliness of the tables. Empty used cups, stains, crumbs, etc. For a $8 slice of cake... the table should at least clean at all time.

I've bought from here since they opened. The portions of croissants seem to have gotten smaller. My last few chocolate cakes had become less chocolaty and more sweet; the chocoholic kids wouldn't even eat it. Really brought down the celebratory mood. For that price I think next time I'll have to go with taipan "wedding cake quality" birthday cakes; the flavors are usually spot on and the buttercream always reminds you of special occasions. Don't know if they changed bakers or what. Prior items tasted better.

I went to Ordinary, a tiramisu in Paris Baguette for a birthday and it was not what I asked for, I went to complain, I attended the cashier, the manager came out and ignored me and went a terrible customer service pura crema

The best part about this Paris Baguette is the powerful air conditioning. This location is not well-kept. The tables are almost always dirty and the area near the trash seems like it’s never been cleaned (just try touching the ketchup packets, i dare you!). The staff is nice, but very inconsistent. The same coffee order might come out a million different ways depending on who is working.
Last, this is an issue with PB overall, but the prices are becoming totally outrageous. You can get such higher quality at many other bakeries nearby.

I would give a zero if I could. I love the food and service. However, they blast the AC to intentionally drive customers out as soon as possible by making the environment extremely cold and unpleasant. All customers sitting complain about the extreme cold temperatures. Obviously they don't care their customers and all they care about is money and fast turn around.
