This is a very delicious chicken spot. They have a buy one get one 50% off deal on their whole chickens. It makes it pretty affordable to eat with a group.

I called at 6:17 PM to ask if they offered delivery, and they said yes. I mentioned that we had some coupons to use, and they confirmed that the coupons were valid, so we continued placing our delivery order. I asked for the total and the estimated delivery time, and the person said it would be a little over 25 minutes. After finishing the call, I called them again to ask if they had change for the driver since we only had a $100 bill. Oddly the person checked their register and said they did, so we thanked them and hung up. After waiting for an hour with no delivery, we called back to check the status, only to be told, “Delivery? We don’t deliver.” I explained our earlier conversation and repeated that I had clearly said it was for delivery. I told them we couldn’t come pick it up now, especially after waiting so long. The staff member simply said, “We can’t do anything for you. Do you want to cancel your order?” It was incredibly frustrating. Terrible service and poor communication. If there was a language misunderstanding, why not just ask or clarify with the customer? Very upsetting after being a customer here ever since opening.

I ordered Delivery through Uber Eat. It was my first time trying Pelicana outside of Asia and it's the driest fried chicken I've ever had. Couldn't eat the whole thing, that's how dry it was. Very disappointed.

I've been here multiple times, the food was always great but they also seemed short staffed all the time. Last time I went, they probably forgot my cream pasta and I still didn't get it even I've finished my combo meal.

I order takeout online and paid 70$ for whole chicken and kimchi pancakes. My order was $53 before finalizing my order. After finalizing my order went up to 70$. When I picked my order up they explained it was for third party app the use for their online orders and their tip because it was late and I was exhausted from just leaving work I paid it. Food wasn't all that never again!!

Very tasty garlic soy sauce chickens! And the services are great.
Just had their rose tteokbokki and boneless chicken — sooo good 😋🔥. Even though it’s a chicken spot, the sides are a must. The chicken is super crispy, not greasy at all, and honestly this place is a 10/10 Korean fried chicken experience.

Ever since the manager changed, the quality of the pickled radish wasn’t very good for a while. About a month ago, I noticed the radish had improved, but I was really disappointed with the chicken. The portion of boneless chicken was drastically smaller than before. It didn’t feel like fried chicken anymore—it was more like 닭강정.

It was quiet since it was a weekday, so we got a table right away. They had a new menu item, so we ordered the Mala Pork Belly with Bean Sprouts and a whole fried chicken. The food came out fast and everything was super fresh. The chicken was extra crispy on the outside and really juicy inside. They even gave us a little side salad which was a nice touch. The mala pork belly had a strong flavor and a generous portion. The new décor also made the place feel really nice. Definitely recommend!
