I love this place because the food is delicious and two of the many foods that my mom and I ordered were fresh ribeye big bowl brisket tripe tendon and spring rolls this is because it tasted good. The service is good and the atmosphere can be noisy during meal time when people are talking.

I accidentally ordered pho from this store on Uber eats instead of the one in Elmhurst which we usually order. First noticed that the soup was not as hot as the one in Elmhurst when delivered. And then the taste was not as good. Worst of all, we found shrimp shells in both beef pho we ordered.

?This is a terrible restaurant? I once thought the price was a bit expensive when I came here on the first day and didn’t order. The next day I ordered Vietnamese noodles from this restaurant because I was in a hurry to go out of state. Fucking around inside is very bad behavior?

I just placed an order and I ordered the wrong one. I wanted to change it. I placed the order less than ten seconds ago and they told me that it was already ready. Do you want to change it? ? ? ? ? I just placed the order and it was finished in less than ten seconds? I'm afraid the upper guest didn't want this. His attitude was very bad. He had a tone of whether he wanted to buy or not. He had to be angry with them just to have a meal.

Food tastes good for me. The reason why I put one star is that I don't like their tip system. There is no right or wrong answer. They will chase you out if you did not pay enough tips whereas we paid 13% already.
Tips should be whatever the customer wants to pay. Not the restaurant pre-set the amount.

Terrible experience, used to be a go to spot for me and my family but not anymore. Server made us tip extra as it did not satisfy their needs (we tipped $8 but we were forced to tip $20)..... not very pleasent and also for the fact that ther service was barable at best. This location isn't the best, and I highly reccomend going to the one on Prince St.

Between Prince Street and Main St Pho Best, the Main St one tastes better in my opinion. It's tucked inside Arcadia Mall so I rarely see it crowded here but this place deserves more attention! Waitstaff is very kind.
