Only critique is that sometimes the beef slices are not that tender . Otherwise no complaints.
Solid portion sizes, delicious cuts of tender meat. Soup warms the soul, clean environment, and good service.

My mom and I have been to this place and that this place is a nice place and that when both of us went in we both ordered two pho noodle soup with soybean, basil, beef, and soup. The food tasted wonderful and the service was wonderful, and the atmosphere was that it was busy because many people eating there, waiters were cleaning the table and others.

I was looking for a quiet place to have some coffee, when I saw this restaurant. Asked if they had coffee, yes we do. Once they brought it, I was totally surprised how they served it, it was certainly delicious. Their customer service was amazing. Time for me to go for my appointment, but promise myself to come back to taste their delicious food that I saw their customers enjoying their food. Weeks later came back, had my coffee again and asked what they would recommend for me to order. I decided to have their Caramel Fish (Salmon). Wow, haven’t seen a Salmon being served this way, that I asked how to placed it on my plate. Once it was done, I definitely had to say; Delicious, I definitely enjoyed all. At the same time I had a moment to see how they all worked together, taking care of their customers. I met the owner Mr. Lin and Karen that they had asked me how its my food. My sincere response, first time I ever have this delicious food, being served in such high quality plates. I definitely will recommend this place. Excellent service, great atmosphere indeed.

Been here a couple times and food portion is always big but today the server blew her nose in the corner and not once put on hand sanitizer or washed her hands while bringing plates or utensils and the food. I know she didn't wash her hands because she quickly brought out everything after blowing her nose in the corner. Very disgusting. And very unsanitary.

We’ve given this establishment a few tries after it replaced Pho Best. And we keep getting disappointed. The portions are much smaller and the quality of the skin on the rolls are less than paper thin. Our spring rolls keep bursting open. We included a pic of a recent takeout order for reference. This happens when we eat in during lunch too (we love pho & this is the closest place to our work). We ordered pho with the spring rolls so we handled our order extremely carefully on pickup. They also neglected to include the bean sprouts, lime, and garnishes customary with pho in our take-out.

I love this place because the food is delicious and two of the many foods that my mom and I ordered were fresh ribeye big bowl brisket tripe tendon and spring rolls this is because it tasted good. The service is good and the atmosphere can be noisy during meal time when people are talking.

I accidentally ordered pho from this store on Uber eats instead of the one in Elmhurst which we usually order. First noticed that the soup was not as hot as the one in Elmhurst when delivered. And then the taste was not as good. Worst of all, we found shrimp shells in both beef pho we ordered.

The takeaway bean sprouts were very stale and seemed to have been there for a long time. I had reminded the front desk many times and they told me they would give me fresh ones. In the end, it was still the same.
