One person, one pho, almost 0 service, forced to charge 25% gratitude. There are plenty of banks in Flushing, why don’t you go rob one of them instead? It would be faster I promise.

Went here last night with my boyfriend. Let’s talk about it. The atmosphere was fine. The service, every worker just stands to the side and stares at you, especially the person who waits on you. The whole meal, for around 45 minutes, 2 waitresses stood 5 feet away and stared at us. Made me really uncomfortable. The food? The food was brought out so fast. You can tell immediately after 1 bite that it’s old. Spring rolls were terrible. Same with the crab Rangoon, not bad but still pretty old, we went there at around 7pm. We also got the chicken pho, the soup base was nice I liked it, but the chicken they put on the side was terrible. Very very old chicken, hard pieces inside that you could’ve chew. It was hard overall. Everything premade and not authentic, super old tasting. If they took their time to actually make the food it would have been a better experience. I don’t know how they are a 4.4 star restaurant. Terrible place and never going back again.

Really hard to beat the price and location of this place. Food is good and this spot’s got its history. I was here 20 years ago and came back.

Nothing too crazy or fancy, but definitely brings old memories back.

I ordered the pork chop pho. The pork chop was 40% fat. I have eaten at dozens of Vietnamese restaurants in NYC. This was the worst I have ever been to.

I was happily going to have dinner, but the first waiter who came in was very nice and ordered a fried rice and pork ribs. The second waiter came over and told us that we had no more ribs and could we change to another one, but the waiter didn't even take the initiative to bring us the menu. Who can remember the names of your dishes?
I selected the dishes that needed to be replaced, and the third waiter (the one with glasses and big earrings!) came, and her attitude was even more shocking. She asked me if I wanted half the meat? I said one plate would be enough, but she rolled her eyes? ? ? Roll your eyes? I was so speechless that I asked her how much meat was in a plate. I ignored anyone and turned around and left. I even discussed with another waiter in front of the guests that our two children only ordered one portion of fried rice and one plate of meat, and I said I wanted ice water but not ice cubes! In the end, I still had a glass full of ice 🧊ice water. The shrimp meat and even the shrimp threads in the fried rice were not cleaned up before being removed from the pot.
Even tips are compulsorily included. I would like to ask the boss, isn’t tipping voluntary? I've been to your house two or three times, and I thought about it every time! But there will never be a next time, never. I will tell everyone around me to avoid lightning.

the waitress tried to trick me to double tip. She held the receipt in front of my face to ask me for credit card . But put a finger at the bottom covering the numbers .acted weirdly hiding the receipt. Then after two mins she gave me a receipt for signature, 25 dollars as total amount but without the detailed items. Obvious . This service was very disappointing.

I ordered a pho the total was 19 dollar w tax. I'm not a math idiot...her expectation wa funny. If im in a hurry or not good at math, she might get double tip. .... owner should know this.

The service was not good either. I'm ignored.

Nice portion, but expect to be more delicious, sauce on table are not authentic for Hong Kong food, it’s more for Vietnam for Thai food.

For the Sanbao rice, the duck is super salty, the chicken is all chicken breast, and the barbecued pork is just average. Do you want to change the master?

I visited this restaurant today on tiktok Instagram. I'm buy duck meat was too salty and too oily to eat. It was a waste of money. It's a restaurant I'd recommend to American people , Chinese coming one time no second time ,You can scam Americans, but the original Chinese people know it's fake Restaurant 😄😄

I have never eaten roast duck that tastes so bad. The duck meat smells bad, and the attitude of some old ladies inside is very bad...

Honestly, my second time here in three months, and the feeling is the same. Saturday morning 9am, the servers attitudes are unwelcoming, and the food is very small portions and not as described.

We asked for regular hot coffee that was on the menu, but was told that it wasn’t available and only their Vietnamese coffee was available which was more than twice the price and like warm when served. The food was definitely small, served sloppily, and stingy with the ingredients. We had a preserved egg porridge and capitan noodles.

I think the worse part were the waitresses who didn’t care to serve you and were taking table orders from other customers just at the register and shouting at them.

I don’t think I will be back. So many more better options around. They also include tip into the bill which is unusual.
