This place was very nice till last year but now, when the owner started to renovate it, it's small space, not enough salads to choose from like it was previously so many! The place sucks now! Not worth to go, and spend so much money! It's not even nice atmosphere to seat there! The owner did the renovation just to open another restaurant, next to it, and have nerve to charge there $10 just for the soups! We know much better places glatt kosher to go to, and pay much less with much better atmosphere!

The shawarma is great but a bit overpriced. Management has somewhat gone down the drain as well and their quality of salad bar has as well. The salad bar which was a staple that set them apart from grill point is often not full or only has a few options. They also used to allow you to get French fries which were included in the sandwich on the side but now charge you extra and give you the same handful instead of a side of fries unless you want them to fill your sandwich with it.

Missing the old salad bar
Used to be very good place, but now the food is very dry and unsatisfying
Under new ownership. It's been 2 months since they reopened. The walls are still not painted.I ordered a Falafel sandwich & fries. They cooked the Falafel balls and French Fries in the same fryer together. The Falafel was a tasteless mass of Chick peas. I had the throw it out because the insides of the Falafel was raw.

Me and my family have been going to Pita Hot restaurant for many years because IT WAS THE BEST SHAWARMA PLACE in Queens. Unfortunately the owners of this place made not a very smart decision to downsize the place and move in to the next door K-burger. Sad. I visited the place today and the quality of service and food have drastically gone down. It was always the go to spot for shawarma’s and it was a 5 star place. Not anymore.I’m not coming back, unfortunately, it not worth paying $20 for a meal in the questionable sanitary conditions of this venue.

Since combining with K Burger, quality has sunk. Burgers overdone, fries were mushy without taste.Specifically asked for wings not spicy- didn't get that right either.I don't think I'm coming back.
