Cool place to hang out when you Wanna play PC gaming, people are friendly, very small and comfy, cozy place. Snacks at premises are cheap. The staff are cool.

The owner was so rude. I was getting trained for the work, and he called me for an emergency needed for only one day. The owner told me he would give me a schedule for what day I would come out, but later on, he said we said situations, and he forgot because he owns the other 3 businesses. what kind of owner forgets the trained worker who works for him only one day.
I am reviewing like this because in the future, whoever works here is a waste of your time because I bet the owner forgets you and keeps waiting he answers like me.

Really like having a place to come to for games but honestly might stop coming if this continues. The noise levels can get ridiculously loud when certain big groups arrive making it a bad experience for everyone else. There should honestly be some sort of penalty for excessive volume. Either deduct hours from their account or ban altogether because it’s almost always the same groups and it’s ridiculous that they can continue to get away with this.

Plug and Play was disappointing. The broken chairs, keyboards, and mice created a frustrating experience, highlighting the lack of maintenance. What's worse, the staff's negligence towards players' disruptive behavior, including yelling, cursing, and racist remarks, created an uncomfortable environment that detracted from the overall enjoyment. Improvement in both equipment quality and staff intervention is greatly needed to make this place more welcoming for all customers.

They do not keep it cold. Very hot especially with a lot of people. A lot of loud woman.Dirty. Can see dust on camera and in vents. Need to clean better.
