Terrible service, all the workers are inattentive, they don't even respond to the courtesy "thank you", there were no napkins on the table, the food tasted bland, I had to ask for the toppings, in short my worst experience so far in Queens NY.

NEVER AGAIN! BE EXTREMELY careful when you PAY YOUR BILL. If you pay with ANY CARD, they charge a fee for using it. Look carefully at the 1st check because HERE they TIP themselves! Then, when you pay with your card, the 2nd receipt has a line indicating tip AGAIN!(STAY FOCUSED WHEN DRINKING!)BUT remember, on the first bill, they already tipped themselves!!... one more thing when you tip the waiter, tip them cash personally, because if you tip them on a card, the MANAGER keeps the TIPS!!!! Make sure you give the tip in cash to the waiter personally!! ALL THIS IS TRUE!! I know someone who worked there!

Nice local Mexican restaurant. If you are very hungry it's a right place, portion is huge!
The service was fine. The food, nothing extraordinary or that one cannot make at home. The sangria was the biggest mistake. We were expecting a real sangria. Instead, they give us sangria JUICE. Which tastes like sweet grape juice. There is no additional liquor to the sangria and the fruit is not kept in the sangria for the length of time suggested for the liquid to absorb its flavors. More than $30 on sweet grape juice. Don't order the sangria. They literally grab a cheap juice of sangria juice and put it in the Jara. They don't even bother to hide it. The rest is just fine. Good service but they did not warn us about the simplicity of the sangria or recommend anything else.

Colombian food is comfort food... It's a lot, so come prepared to eat or take it home. We had a huge bday party here, 20+ folks. It took 90min or so to sit us. Dealing with large parties is tough, but the staff was up to it. Once drinks and apps orders were taken, we had to decide what our entrees are, the menu has a lot of choices, look closely and you will notice that almost all the prices have been modified, if this is a common occurrence, switch to an online menu instead, scan a QR code and get the menu with the right prices, some of the menus has different prices for the same plates, they also had specials on separate menus... We ordered successfully and then the wait. We got our salads, if you share you only get one salad, maybe have a share cost and you get salad and rice and beans for two?The kid orders came 1st this was a smart suggestion by the staff... Our orders trickled in soon thereafter, surprisingly, no issues, no send backs. Food was hot and we were hungry.The food was on point, everyone enjoyed their food. Since we were celebrating a bday, they handled the cake for us and sang us a song.We gotta go back here, it was packed, but I am sure we can fit smaller party without too much issue. Worth going!

This was a great small chain restaurant. I have been to the location in Roosevelt and everything was a 5. Sadly this location looks nicer just as busy as the other location but served my steak ice cold. It’s like it’s precooked and “warmed” to serve. Nothing makes me more angry than waiting to sit just to be given cold food. I don’t return food to the kitchen EVER. (Paranoid) This type of service is extremely annoying because I tend to hold a grudge. First impressions are everything. Mario can keep his pollo and especially his cold steak.
