Very loud and energetic for last game of the season. Great service from our waiter Ryan. He was attendative, and got us drinks fast. 10/10, would recommend (that rhymes hehe). Will definitely be returning again next year and requesting Ryan.

Nice place in left field at Citifield. Staff is nice , menu basic . Look , the location presents conditions that if it were a regular restaurant you wouldn't necessarily be happy. But it's at a baseball stadium so it's loud , has a big rush just before game time and servers who are overwhelmed at that rush . But if you go in feeling that it's a time to relax and enjoy yourself it's fine . Wait a little longer for server attention ? Who cares we are in a rain delay . Coffee come without spoons to stir you sweetener ? Use your fork and relax . Panaramic view of the field , video monitors all around (weirdly poor coverage ) so you don't miss a thing . Overall a really good time was had .

The waiter seemed like he had too many tables, but can't be sure. NONE of the food was hot, none. My brother mentioned the fries were cold, he said he'd get new ones, new ones came out quickly but they weren't much warmer than the first batch. I ordered steak and it was maybe warm, literally not one item was above tepid. Drink glasses were never refilled, even though most were either low or empty in the middle of the meal. Sorry but $65 for a warm steak that was tough is insane. Just won't be going back.

We had a great time last night! The restaurant has amazing views of the field and the food and drinks were great! But what really made our experience here the best was our waiter Raul B. He was so friendly and welcoming, we felt like we knew him for years! He couldn't do enough to make everything wonderful! He made us laugh, service was excellent and recommendations were perfect and he took some great photos of us with the view in the background.

Came here for a meal waiting for the second game of the double header to start. We've dined here before but we were reluctant to come back due to the service we experienced last time. However, our waiter Ryan was phenomenal. He got us everything fast and was very easy going. The previous time we were here the old waiter with a ponytail failed to check up on us, barely talked to us the whole night. Ryan was a great guy to talk to while we were waiting for our meals, we felt like family talking to him, the complete opposite experience we had from our last time! The food took a while to come but when it did, safe it say it was underwhelming. Drinks were amazing, will definitely be returning next season, hopefully with a revised menu

The day that we were there was a rainy day, where ultimately the game was cancelled. Attendance was light, but this location was fairly crowded as people got out of the elements until the game got cancelled. The service was excellent, the waiter was very attentive and since we didn't get to see any baseball was engaging to speak with. The fried mozzarella was excellent and the specialty drinks also excellent. I had trouble rating the ambiance. If you're looking for a great location to watch a game, this certainly is it, but the furniture, specifically the chairs are worn and in need of repair or replacement.

Pleasent experience. Waitress erina was profound and professional. The busboy Albert however was a complete lunatic. We went to go join the line to get food at the buffet and he almost tackled us saying we did not have a wristband therefore we could not get food. We were never given a wristband... during our meal he kept screaming saying things such as mets suck, jets suck, and Bartolo Colon is overweight. I don't understand how this is fine dining with comments and behavior such as this.

Great place to watch batting practice or part of a game. The brunch was good but could have used some other items and the best tables (down below by the windows weren't being used. Overall, I'll be bacj...

We never had been to any sit down restaurant at citifield before. Figured we'd try it out for a Birthday dinner before the game. From the moment we walked into the restaurant we were treated so nicely from all the staff. Everyone was friendly and accommodating throughout the entire dinner. The food was delicious and the service from Sandra couldn't have been any better. Loved her! The wait staff even wished me a happy birthday with a special dessert. Had a great experience and would definitely do it again!

Sportsnite at Caesars Grille was nice. Excellent service by Jesse & Dorothy. The Buffalo Chicken Cobb very filling & key lime pie with sorbet was the icing on it all. Rarely disappointed.

We haven't been to Caesers in over a year. Mostly because we were sorry to see that the sit-down buffet and menu dinners that the grille used to offer were no longer available. And yet, we were pleasantly surprised. Although the menu is rather short it offers quite a variety. More importantly, from the moment you enter the doorways to the waitstaff you are in for a treat. Erina catered to every need possible. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable, she made sure every question was properly answered and just made us feel at home. With all the different venues open to Mets fans this one happens to be my favorite. Thank you to the front desk, Shadae, and Erina for making us feel like one of the family.

The service was nice, except my daughter's cheeseburger arrived with a burnt bun, so bad my daughter couldn't eat it. Our friendly waitress apologized and was able to take it off our bill which was very nice.

Food was ok. Staff was pleasent except the lady who brought the food. Her name was Juanita. She just slammed the nachos on the table then gave us an awful, dirty glance. In the process of slamming the food down she got sour cream all over the table and on me. Rediclious

If you want a view of the field while dining I recommend making a reservation prior to game time! We came to a 7:10 game and when we arrived for our reservation at 7 the hostess told us if we wanted a view to wait 15 minutes we can be seated at a table with a view. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes as there is no time limit for people seated. You have the option to sit at your seats and wait for a text when the table is ready. However, our seats were not near and we ended up watching the first two innings on a monitor at the bar. We sat at the top level at the corner. The view is a tad obstructed from here as you must look over the railing for a good view. Still great ambience of eating in AC in nice seats while enjoying the game. For appetizer we got the chicken wings, by far the worst wings I've ever had in my life. They did not taste fresh as the temperature was warm and not hot. The skin was so fatty it was unenjoyable. Pepperoni pizza was pretty standard for where we are at. Very greasy, but expected from a stadium. The shaved rib eye sandwich also not world renowned. Very mid, but expected from the stadium. Pat-la-Frieda sandwich at citi field are always too much bread. This restaurant doesn't have ~better~ food than the regular concession stands. Just a mild increase in menu variety at a slightly more comfortable seat. Pricing was overpriced but again expected for where you are. One downside, everyone is walking through the restaurant to access their seats. If you're seated in the middle of the restaurant and don't want hoards of people walking through then this restaurant may not be for you!

Second time. As a season ticket holder I want to like this place but the first time they lost my order and took almost an hour for two salads. Last night, ordered wings with no sauce. Came with sauce, sent them back and they corrected but took 20 mins. Server asked what happened as the runner brought the food. When I told her, she dumped a bucket on the kitchen- ‘they don't read, it was on the ticket, they got that tables order wrong too...'. They did remove the wings from the bill but I'd rather pay to get it right.
