Honestly one of the best places to get challah, desserts and burekas. My dad always brings it for shabbat and its the highlight of our dinner. I have no idea what the name of this chocolatey pound cake was but it's one of the best I've ever eaten. So delicious.

I tried two types of their Chanukah donuts (sufganiyot) — Oreo and Nutella — which were recommended to me by the staff. They were delicious. They weren’t of the fancy, over-the-top variety you see in other stores. They were simple, tasty, and had a really great airy, light texture. There were many tasty flavors on display, but I would easily recommend those two. This easily has become one of my favorite sufganiyot.

The best bakery in Queens-delightful danishes, wonderful hamantashen, cakes, cookies, breads and pies of all kinds…lovely sweet ladies behind the counter. One small objection: covid crisis ended 2+ years ago-PLEASE stop wrapping the hamantashen and cheese danish in plastic!!! Causes the lovely pastry/crust to lose crispness and freshness which is so essential to its quality!!! NO MORE PLASTIC WRAPS!!!! PLEASE!!!!
They gave us stale food. Never coming here again!!

This used to be the lovely local bakery where you became a part of the family but that is only one person in the bakery. Everyone else makes it feel like you are a bother and have kicked people out for becoming friends with the one staff who is nice, it doesn't matter if you buy stuff everyday or that you are a loyal paying customer.
