Great little Colombian bakery. Buñuelos were my favorite: slightly crunchy exterior and soft, moist middle. Seems like they do a lot of business, so product turns over quickly and everything is super fresh. Spent around $23 on 7-8 breads and pastries. We will definitely come back next time we’re in Queens.

Absolutely amazing bakery! It’s family owned and everyone inside is always so kind. To order you do have to speak Spanish but even without you can always get by. The owners make everything by hand and the food is absolutely delicious. Ever since being introduced to this bakery I dream about it. The Tres Leches is so soft and airy while also being entirely filling; no other bakery has ever been on par with them. The prices are outstanding compared to any other food place with most of the foods being under 10$ for a very reasonable portion size. I will forever dream of the food here. Truly the cream of the crop!

Just ok. Maybe I came on an off day. The empanada, even after coming home and reheating it in the oven, never got crisp. It somehow stayed hard, stale, and chewy all at the same time. The bunuelo was missing the sweet smell of butterfat due to a lack of cheese. It was quite dry and bready. The arepa de choclo—fine. Heated up in the microwave. I get why this place was empty on a Saturday afternoon when Pecoshitas was busy. I do wish the owners success and hope they can improve.
Places like this are what make New York the best city in the world. A family-run institution for like half a century at this point. We've been going here practically every day for years and it never gets old.
Everything is spectacular, but if it's your first time, get the pandebono. Savory pastries and hot food are refilled periodically throughout the day, so odds are the one you get will be piping hot and still a little gooey in the middle. It's one of the best bites of bread you'll ever have. Other standouts are the empanadas (especially the cheese and baked chicken ones), chicharrones de guayaba, and bunuelos (esp. when they're hot and fresh). There's also dope seasonal stuff, like the torta de pescado. Just the best. Staff is lovely too.

This cozy bakery in Woodside, conveniently located near the train station, offers a delightful selection of Spanish pastries at great prices. It's a popular spot, especially in the mornings, and for good reason--their empanadas and pappas rellenas are exceptional.
Cheese danish, guava cheese pastry and empanadas
All very good. Very fresh
Best Colombian Bakery in New York!!!! Every friendly staff and affordable prices!
