I used to go to this place all the time. But now they are rude on the phone. I tried to place an order and I asked if anyone spoke English because my spanish isn't very good. and who ever picked up said "no solo hablamos chino aqui". So I found that rude and continued to speak in english assuming they spoke English and started to place an order the was hung up on.
If you don't speak Spanish well I wouldn't recommend. They clearly don't need my business. 0 out of 10 for service.

I decided to return a cake with fruit filling, the day after Christmas, it should be noted that I was a customer of this place for more than 3 years and it is the first time that I have returned a product for the simple reason that it was not good, and I asked for it. They changed for something else, but the lady with bangs ended up insulting me in front of the other customers, she told me that I ate half of the cake 😅 and I only took one portion, I didn't even finish that portion but well, according to them, the product was fresh and they do it on the day, finally he did me the favor of exchanging me for a couple of sweets but in a very unpleasant way, he forbade me to buy from his store again, and also behaving in a racist way towards my country. I would gladly not return to this place!! There are better places where they give you the best service and with better products.
