The amount of harassment by the obnoxious employees is ridiculous. They don't get that people get pizza in the to go box, because restaurants often take forever and boarding may get announced any moment. But you can't use to go box if you want to sit down, even though there is plenty of seating. Who sent these rude people to harass the customers? Management, please do better.

Holy crap. Don't come here for breakfast. You'll wait forever for a bagel sandwich, no one will tell you why, but you're sure to get yelled at for asking. It literally took one chef, one manager, one checkout lady, and a guy called in from the bullpen. It was like the Trump administration.

The staff is very rude. I had a connection to make at the airport and I planned to have breakfast and work with my laptop while I waited. I left my computer and got up to buy a coffee, when I returned to my table they asked me to leave the place because I should have ordered at the table. Nobody told me that to be able to eat at the place I had to order at the table, when I complained they told me: you should have asked.

While waiting for a flight at Laguardia I decided to make the decision to enjoy a Chicken ? Caesar salad ? and a Mimosa ?with Grapefruit. Everything went well just a little red on the lettuce that could have been left out. Other than that the salad was good I would swap out the chicken next time for the shrimp ? to see which is better. Service was fast. Mimosa was filled and the staff is attentive.

The waitter overtipped me without showing me the tip. So I asked him, and he told me to place a new order while he will refund the previous one. However, I havent received the refund yet. I will remove this comment after receiving the refund.

Please trust the 1 star reviews. They took my order on their iPad, made me wait 20 minutes - then told me they ran out of ingredients for my pizza. They all huddled behind the counter before that and had a loud discussion that I could overhear, where the chef clearly either missed the order or made the wrong one. So they chose to send one of their staff to come and lie out front. I asked for a refund, they tried that on their machines and it gave them an error. They told me the refund went through anyway, and when I asked for a receipt they said they couldn’t print one because the machine doesn’t print. I asked for an email receipt and that apparently was sent but never showed up. So I’m out of money, never got the pizza either and had to board my flight so I’m also out of dinner because I wasted 20 minutes waiting. On top of it all, they “closed” the take out area by setting up a bunch of chairs out front and asked me to step out while I was waiting for my order, so they could “clean the area” - never actually saw them clean it. I’ve truly never had a worse experience at an airport.

We got 2 drinks at LaGuardia . Even though they were doubles (a vodka and a rum drink) they were almost $30 each. I have never paid any where near that for a double at any airport vendor. Although the server was very nice, the cost was astronomical.

Ordered the tomato pizza with a pepperoni add-on, the pizza arrived with no cheese (was not informed this would be the case) and was heavily overseasoned

The Caesar salad was actually quite good but the pizza was awful. The crust tasted like cardboard and was burned on the bottom. If you have time before your flight, the other restaurants nearby are priced similarly and look more promising.

Weird customer experience. The staff is by registers with iPads. You walk towards the iPads and they ask you to sit and scan the QR code to order at the table. The pizza ? however, is pretty decent and freshly baked.

Awful... because I never received my order. I waited 10 minutes for a simple order of coffee and scone, and all I saw was confusion. The group of people waiting for food grew and grew. After waiting 10 minutes, I needed to leave without my food to board my flight.
