Very very very slow service. No customer service either.

Extremely expensive for a mini size pizza. Although its fresh in the oven, the price doesn’t justify. The wait time is extremely long. Seats are fixed to the tables for a QR code order on the phone. The servers will not help you on the table. No service, no tip.

To echo what another reviewer said, the pizza is shockingly good for an airport pizza. Possibly the best I've ever had in NYC! I got the mushroom pizza and the flavors were amazing. The crust was also perfect. Not too thin and not burnt.

This was my margherita pizza. This actually made me mad
Food was great. The rest of the experience was ridiculous. There were 3 staff members walking around the small waiting area repeatedly asking everyone what they were waiting for. They would even come up while you were ordering to ask you if you were ordering takeout - uh, yeah, that’s why I didn’t sit at a table and instead went to the to-go counter.
After I got my pizza, I was disappointed to find it was in a very thin, flimsy cardboard box - what a perfect idea for travelers carrying the box in one hand and a suitcase in the other! I enjoyed scalding the bottom of my hand as I had to place the box flat on my palm in order to make the one-handed trip to my gate.
I figured this place just opened and that was why the staff acted so weird and the box was so unfit for purpose. Nope, just bad execution and a clear lack of understanding the customer experience.
Rude staff (bad-mouthed customers) and were neither helpful nor polite. Overpriced food. Mediocre taste. Bad experience, even for an airport experience. Would strongly recommend avoiding.

The bagel was fine, the chives in the cream cheese taste fresh. The cold brew I got was probably the worst coffee I have had in a while . I couldn’t even finish it .

Terrible quality for a $21 pizza. Steer clear of that experience.

Pizza was shockingly good. If you got time to kill and a hankering for pizza at the airport, doesn’t get much better.

Paid $20 for an incorrect order, unfortunately. Ordered a margarita and received plain cheese. Pizza itself was good quality. Be prepared for a little wait as this is served as a whole personal pizza, not by the slice.

You pay before you get your order-tip too. A club sandwich for $30-the grilled chicken was like a tough rubber sole-bread soggy, fries too. Everything over salted. So many options here-skip this place.
My order came out very quickly-chicken was probably sitting on steam table.

Unfortunately, I can’t write a review or rating for the pizza. The hours are a bit misleading. I was hoping to enjoy a pizza for breakfast/ early lunch. Though in the morning they only serve breakfast sandwiches… not using a freshly baked bread/dough but rather what looks like a previously frozen “Thomas bagel” shaped bread. The breakfast sandwich and options do not warrant any further description. The website, Google and other listings should have details on when the pizza oven and menu is available.
Hopefully I can try their offerings the next time through the terminal and maybe share a better experience.

I did a take out for a Margherita pizza and a cappuccino. Although the store is not smoothly run and the waiting area is small, I don’t think it’s 2-star bad. (There are so many negative reviews, so I was hesitant to check it out.) I liked my pizza- very nice dough and the sauce was delicate, not too salty or tasting like fake herbs. Not a lot of pizza, but I think $18 for a decent food at the airport these days is rare. The cappuccino was surprisingly decent, too. Much better than any of the chain coffees& better than a lot of airport cappuccinos I have had. Not too burned, not too bitter. Quite decent.
It does take 15min to get your order, but it’s freshly baked pizza- and if you don’t want to wait, then I think you should eat something else.
