My husband and I ecuadorian, so for us is very hard to find a bread that we actually like. We're grateful to have this bakery near our home, we love their bread and the desserts, specially the red velvet cake.

We will never be using this bakery again. Look at the photos of what we ordered and what we received. Then watch the video of my interaction with one of the owner’s Sonia. Horrible, dismissive attitude and even more horrible looking cake. To begin a conversation with a customer by blaming them would show that your claim at having 40 years in this business is complete joke. Your customer service is as amateur as the cake you gave us. Both the owner Sonia and the employee Arianne who took my order and deposit should truly be ashamed of the way you both handled this. If it wasn’t for the fact that my nieces birthday was 2 hours from the time we arrived for the cake, I NEVER would have walked out with it. As other ones star reviews have mentioned, this bakery is not only un-welcoming but intentionally dismissive. Save your money as go somewhere that people care about the product they sell.

Very rude customer service. Went in at 5:48pm and was told they close in 2 minutes. Per Google hours open until 6pm. Asked if it was ok to still get something, women said “ If you are quick”. Walked right out.

This place is wonderful and the service is very patient and friendly. I see a lot of people come for the bread but I went for the cookies and a cake for my birthday. I ended up getting a chocolate mousse cake awesome! , the Italian cookies have different fillings in them an my daughter loves the canolie.
Such a perfect Italian bakery spot. Super helpful service and just all around lovely. And decent of course! Some faves are the bread and the rainbow cookie cakes

I bought a tiramisucake and it cost me $55. I brought it to my in-laws house and it was horrible. It was all liquid. They must’ve had a frozen before they sold it. I will never buy another tiramisu cake there again I was so embarrassed $55 down the drain

I had stopped going to this bakery for years, not welcoming and old stale goods. I had to pick up a few cheese cake cups( emergency) I would have been better off going to Ideals. The pastries are horrible it tasted like chemicals $18.00 worth of 3 nasty patries went straight to compost. How can these people still be in business, aside from the fact that the spanish music playing was annoying. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, EVERYTHING THEY SELL IS OLD AND STALE. PS IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR GREAT FRESH TASTY CUPCAKES OF ANY KIND GO TO BROOKLYN CUPCAKES!! THEY ARE THE BEST YOU CAN EVEN HAVE IT DELIVERED WELL WORTH EVERY CENT.
