I gave it one star because I couldn’t give it less! I'm not a picky person! For those who often buy takeout here! Went to eat Tingzi porridge yesterday! Found the rotten meat! Call the waiter! Ask for a change! They discussed it at the front desk and came back to tell me! Porridge is okay! You can even taste it! You didn’t even smell it and you fooled the guests like this! Very disappointed! Will never go there again! Not because I paid for a bowl of inedible porridge! It's because of the extremely bad attitude!

Roast pork rice, meat and vegetables are all cold
Barbecue pork tasteless
There is chicken and duck, only the salty taste of salt, no soy sauce taste
Sweet soy sauce with rice, no
Rice sucks
Not warm enough
This place is not authentic, meat (roasted bbq pork) is cold and tasteless, and for the chickens and duck, it taste like marinated with salt only, when it should have sweet sauce to pair with. Rice is overcooked with too much water, the sweet soy sauce that pair with the rice doesn't taste good. Rice is not hot enough.

Asked for 1/2 pd lean roast pork and most of the pieces were fatty. They charged me $10
Will have to start frequenting corner 28 more
The experience at this place was wonderful this is because my sister and I had ordered 2 wonton noodle soups. The soups taste wonderful and the service is fast. The atmosphere can be noisy during meal times.
Wheelchair accessibility: This store is wheelchair accessible because it is located on street level.

The attitude of the woman at the front desk is so bad. She even asked customers for $2,580,000 to get takeout. She also looked at the customers. If you don’t know what service is, don’t come to work in a restaurant.

Been here last weekend for the roast duck/meat combo rice as I was missing food back in Singapore. Dish was okay - decent portion and done alright. Waitress was rude to demand for tips when she could have inquired properly. I know this is typical of Cantonese restaurant to treat every customer like a beggar but c’mon you are asking for a tip.
Came again on a second trip as I wanted to try other dishes. Boy did I regret. Had the wonton lou mein - noodles was too uncooked, vegetables too soggy, wonton was pretty good in terms of the filling but again overcooked. Also tried their prawn rice dough “intestine”and I have to agree with others in the review that the dough “intestine” is too thick and doughy. Sauce is just plain soy sauce. And with the bad experience I had during payment, added a small amount of tips and left - with the judgemental looks of the waitress who was trying to calculate the tips amount after subtracting the actual fees.

Food doesn't taste good.
Brothers and sisters, when you go out to buy turkey duck and roast meat, you must be careful if you buy half a turkey duck and steal some duck meat. When you buy roasted pork, there is some fat in it. That’s why some people do business so poorly. You must have integrity when doing business. If you don't have integrity, you won't last long.

Typical chinese cafe - quick service, good prices. Congee and bbq meats were tasty. Sweet dough and sticky dough were not as fluffy as expected. Bill for 4 items was less then $30. Totally worth what was paid.
