Our friends recommended us Song Lai Xiang and told us that the bad reviews were from their service so the food is still worth a try.We got a couple of Meat Skewers, Korean Cold Buckwheat Noodle, Fried Beans, Lamb with Cumin and Corn Pancake to share with a group of six. The portion was great with reasonable price. We love their well seasoned skewers so much and you can grill by yourself on their auto-rotating griller which is interesting. Their corn pancake impressed us with its crispy layer and sweet corn.
Food is amazing! Authentic Northeastern Chinese food.
Food is not fresh like meat barbecue and the boss man is pretty rude towards female customers on my table.
Delicious Chinese BBQ skewer and authentic Northern style chinese
This is no frills northeastern Korean-chinese BBQ. Love the mutton, intestine, and prawn skewers -- they were BOMB af especially when dipped in their spices. It is a bit pricey but totally worth the experience. If you want some authentic chinese-korean bbq skewers in flushing this is where it is at!
I went NYC for travel. The food was taste good though, I had really bad diarrhea for a week. which prevented me to going out :(
It's good to feel in Chinese BBQ
This place is a big disappointment. It was recommended by a friend who used to live in the area. Several dishes recommended and I had to come to Flushing on short notice and it was several blocks from where I was staying. I entered the restaurant and the Woman screamed at me they were closed. Delivery only she said. I said I wished to order food to go. She then told me to go outside. I had a mask on. She then motioned for me to go to the door and put a table up with hand sanitizer . Another woman came towards me with a menu and I asked about the Lamb Soup. She said they don't have Lamb soup despite their being a picture of it.
The fired fishes r yummy
lamb bbq is always my favorite!

Okay at best. Had to try the table grill ur own meat. Won't be going back.
Was introduced by a friend and never stopped coming back! We have taken some out of town visitors there and all have enjoyed. It's fun to see the self rotating skewer bbq set up since not many places have this. Skewers are really tasty (based on beef and lamb, our preferred meats). We also love the dipping spices that they provide. I think it contains dill and cumin...not sure of the other spices. Other dishes have been good as well and I think this is a solid choice for northeastern Chinese food. They also have korean food like seafood pancakes and stews as that area of China has Korean influences. I dont think the service is as bad as other reviews mention. They aren't going to hover and check in with you but they have always answered when I ring the bell at the table or called them over. Overall a nice dining experience. Not A+ for absolute cleanliness but if you can eat at a pho restaurant, you can eat here. Definitely recommend!
Bad service and food. Do not order the noodles . Pricey but terrible quality.
