Though I don't usually send messages, I must commend the exceptional service and unwavering dedication of this establishment to the community. Soy Sauce not only serves delicious kosher Chinese food but also actively engages in charitable acts. From their top-notch lo mein to their sesame chicken, every item on their menu is a culinary delight. Their commitment to kosher standards only adds to the appeal of their impressive offerings. I enthusiastically recommend giving Soy Sauce a try.

As someone totally unfamiliar with Kosher Chinese food, I literally had a bite and threw it into the garbage.

I come here somtimes for a simple chiken noodle soup. But when I get sweet and sour chiken, the fried batter isn't fluffy. It's hard and stuck to the chiken. It's rough to chew and unpleasant. The fried chiken is okay, though. The service is nice.

Price was almost $14 for a lunch special and the meal barely had any chicken. Quite the disappointment, but did get the job done.
Good value, tasty but not memorable

We really tried to like it considering the limited gluten free Chinese restaurant options in our neighborhood. But, general tso chicken was chewy and I had an allergic reaction. Definitely be mindful if you have a legit gluten allergy from celiac or Hashis.

Recommended dishes: General TSO Chicken
I ordered general tso’s chicken. Half of it was good, the other half was not edible. Very dry and chewy. The rice had no taste at all. Fortune Kosher chinese on union turnpike is always so tasty and never has dry chicken! I highly recommend Fortune kosher chinese! Don’t go to Soy sauce, avoid this place at all costs.

This kosher sesame chicken surpasses any I've ever tasted.
