i had some friends visiting from out of state tonight and they seemed short staffed and we had to wait quite some time. the place was packed and it looked liked maybe 3 ppl working at 10pm? besides that though, our server was very attentive. i've worked in food and retail service before and it can be mentally draining, but i really appreciate the fast, nice, and attentive customer service we had in and out of the place.
cookies were really good but the nutella hot chocolate didnt really have the nutella taste, i did enjoy it tho! all of my friends enjoyed their experience :)
Desserts are of amazing taste however, it was served on a chipped plate which was off putting.. it was unexpected from such a FINE spot..

Had the Chai Brandy. It’s a seasonal dessert. I thought it was so delicious. The chai flavored flan, brandy, coffee ice cream and plan all came together to create the perfect dessert

Okay, I've been here twice and they're desserts are top of the line. But the only two things that's disappointing is. One the sitting arrangement is limited the space is small and two their coffee is weak. I promise you I'm not a caffeine addict I only drink one coffee cup a day and there coffee isn't strong. Rather it's the type of beans they are using or they just put to much milk and sugar with a little bit of coffee. I would of gave it 5 stars if the coffee was better.

Excellent dessert. The dessert was exceptional. And Im picky when it comes to dessert, but I was impressed. Absolutely delicious.
Attentive servers however this location is very unhygienic. Glass had crumbs, plates had smear marks and I found a dead roach behind my window seat. Very disappointed do better!

What an amazing time. Dessert was 10/10 and our waiter was awesome. His name was Eric. He made my daughter’s birthday extra special.
Oh my god.. This place is SO GOOD!!! Came here for the first time while visiting Flushing and it didnt disappoint. The desserts were so good I would come back again. They are on the pricier side but damn are they good. Their honey bread thing is so good
