Love the food and the environment. To get a glass of water took me forever. The other customers got their glasses of water before they asked for. I did ask for that but he served the other tables first, and did the other things first. I wasn’t really happy about that.

a bit underwhelming - the desserts were very attractive and photogenic, and tasted pretty good, but the cream puff one was very sweet (not to my taste but ik other people like it a lot). However, I cannot in any word justify them being $15, tasted good but not that good. The taro bubble tea was delicious and probably the only thing I think was worth it (7$). main problem was with the staff. we waited 15 mins for water to arrive after we had ordered, reminded our waiter, and waited another 5 mins. some grace bc it was really busy when we were there. the staff was also constantly trying to upsell you but in a way that sounded so rehersed and it was just kind of a weird vibe EXCEPT for the girl with black hair who greeted us at the counter who was so nice. overall it was fine, good if you want something to post on insta, but not worth the price esp considering all the other amazing dessert places in flushing.

Additionally, they add an auto-gratutity of 20%. The suggested tip amounts are calculated on the post-tax total, when it should be calculated based on pre-tax.
The deserts are okay. They are pricey for what they are. I had the seasonal ube-rri. The taste was okay, but the ube flavor was very faint.

Really creative and delicious dessert options! We had the Milky Puff, which had a really incredible mix of textures, and the Matcha Lava with a perfectly made lava cake!

I been coming to this Spot location for many years now. This is the location i had my first Spot dessert and introduced me to my favorite dessert place. The food, drinks and service are excellent.
