This is a great Shabu place : clean , fast service and great food quality. It’s a bit noisy but you can still have conversations without shouting. I’d definitely go again and the ice cream was definitely a great thing to finish off such a great meal 😉
Just a side note that the building has two entrances , the one with the stairs is the easiest but if you end up like me in the rear door , no panic, you just need to walk a bit and take the elevator and you will end there

This place was awesome. Great service, even though self serve for the most part. Went with vegetarians and meat lovers and we all enjoyed the fresh food and hot pot fun to the max!

first time here so learned it was a la carte for all protein options but broth and buffet with veggies and other hotpot add-ins was included in set price. Staff were friendly and super kind and the facilities were clean. Great price for a great experience

The servers were pleasant and quick with seeing to the customers' needs. Everything was clean and in working order. Our orders came out quickly and were fresh and tasty. My only complaints are the parking (but parking is a nightmare in most of the commercial areas in Flushing) and that the bowls for the sauces/dips were not replenished. There were only a few left when I got to that station but they were in a place where they were not easily located.

This is my favorite hot pot place in NY. I love coming here during the weekdays to catch up with friends and very beginner friendly.

My friend and I ate here, and I paid for the food with my credit card while my friend was planning to leave a cash tip. But as soon as the older Korean lady near the bar saw me put “0%” on the screen, she immediately said in a very aggressive tone, “Oh, you’ll be leaving a cash tip, right? Or are you tipping on the card?”

I was honestly shocked — no server has ever spoken to me like that before. My friend and I just sat there, completely taken aback. Then, to make things worse, she actually came back to our table again and repeated herself: “So, are you paying the tip on the card, or are you leaving cash? How are you paying the tip?”

At that point, we were both so uncomfortable. No server should ever speak to a customer in that demanding or aggressive way.

This is my favorite hot pot in the city!
It’s always super clean and you can see all of the food prep right behind the buffet. I’ve never had to wait in line and I love how you can really customize your experience however you like.

my go to shabu shabu place. everything is fresh and overall very good. came out to $27 a person every time i went (including tip), not including additional meat (which is also very good if you decide to get it, but you definitely can be satisfied without). no complaints whatsoever, def recommend :)

Food: The buffet was decent, but just a heads up that meat and seafood aren't included, you have to order those separately. For birthdays they give you Dole Whip, but that's already part of the buffet anyway.

Service: We had a party of six, so I thought gratuity might already be included (since that's pretty standard). It wasn't, which was fine, so I still left about a 15-16% tip before tax after I found out that gratuity wasn't included. However, the server kept pushing the after-tax total tip amount and shouted out the tip percentage in front of people and being very unprofessional. She also was a lot more aggressive about making us leave.

Overall, the food was okay, but the way the server handled tipping left a really bad taste in our mouths. I get that tips are important, but it should never feel like you're being pressured or shamed. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but her behavior reflected badly on the establishment and herself. I wanted to note this here in case anyone experiences similar encounters.

Our server Valentina, originally from Colombia, was amazing! She explained everything to us, was very attentive, and made our experience so pleasant. It was truly a joy to be taken care of by her. Thank you, Valentina!
