Came in car-sick with my group of family and friends. Staff was very understanding and didn't press me to eat and pay in order to sit. ?Served me soup broth with everyone else, so I could eat whenever I wanted if I decided to. Chose not to, but the offer is greatly appreciated.Jonathan is a very kind and down-to-earth waiter. Super honest too. ?

Amazing place. Highly recommend if you love hot pot and especially with a large group or anyone with food allergies since everyone has their own pot. Very reasonably priced for the amount of food you get and service is SUPER fast. Might be a wait on the weekend nights but it’s worth it.

Everything about this hot pot buffet was great. Huge selection of vegetables, meat balls, fish balls, etc to add to the hot pot. Service was prompt and very good.
I love this place. Here's vegetables and beef are so fresh every time. And I recommend cream beer too. It's so soft and good combination with shabushabu!!!!

Simply the best place I’ve ever been. The price is RIGHT. The quality is great. It’s a creative, collaborative, and tasty food experience and Spring Shabu Shabu takes it to the next level. The green tea soft serve as the finale had my whole birthday party crew slumped in bliss. And the staff were kind, friendly, and patient.

It's one of my favorite hotpot restaurants. $22.95 all you can eat. They serve many types of vegetarian food, such as different types of fresh vegetables and tofu. If you are a vegetable lover, this is the hotpot restaurant you like. They offer discount parking if you park at the Queens Crossing indoor garage, but you must ask them to stamp your parking ticket.

4.5 stars is what I would rate this place. The service is perfect. The waitress was patient and helpful. She regularly checked in on my table, clearing our empty plates and refilling our broth. There's long rows of vegetables, noodles, and fishballs for you to choose from. Unfortunately, meat and seafood are additional charges. Although, I still recommend you order the meats. The portions are worth the price, and it'll make the experience much better. Definitely hit up the ice cream machine too! You may need to wait, but no worries, the wait time goes down extremely fast. I do wish they have a bit more variety of vegetables and fish balls, and less for the noodles.
