My mom went to this Starbucks everyday before she head to work. She order the same hot coffee with 1 pack of brown sugar. It's too hard to understand how to make a hot coffee with 1 pack of brown sugar? She went in today around 9 am this morning as usual, a Asian male barista who work part time there (Didn't see him often) make her a hot coffee with white sugar. After my mom tells him that she want brown sugar not white the barista decide to add another pack of brown sugar to the hot coffee and refuse to make her a new one. So you can pick what to give to customer right? and refuse to apologize. The barista did that in front of her face like he doesn't care. I believe you guys did not train your barista to be respectful to people and ofc don't know how to make coffee. My mom goes to this Starbucks every day before work. I ordered my coffee online and I went to pick up at the store early morning before school. I was watching the worker make my coffee and in the label it is clear that I wanted almond milk and cold foam. As I’m watching her make it I’m assuming it’s my drink because I see her adding ingredients I asked for but I am not 100% it’s my drink. I see her adding what looks like oat milk and no cold foam and the work called my name. I tell the girl “I asked for cold foam” and they added cold foam. I also asked her if that carton of milk was oat milk and she said “yes” and I told her I asked for almond milk and she proceeded to say “oh” and just looked at me and handed my drink instead of making a new one with almond milk. At this point my bus had arrived and I couldn’t bother asking again to fix it. The service here is disgusting. What if my drink was done when I already got there? What if I had an oat allergy?

Ordered using the app, saw the staff prepping it but catered the person who ordered in the counter hand it over to her nicely then tend my overdue order. This is not actually the first time. Staffs are rude and slow

I placed an order by mobile for a large coffee and they sent me the small one, and my wife went to complain, but the barista with a beard on his face got angry, grabbed the coffee and threw and spilled all the coffee. All over the counter.and in a dirty cup he filled the coffee.
He shouldn't be there as a barista
The batista refused to fill up my cup with the oat milk after I said the drink was bitter, and the drink is 2/3 full like always. she said this is the way the drink is, and she said I shouldn't order the drink if I don't like like. She rolled her eyes on me and it is total discrimination. After I called the manager (she did not show a good attitude either), they were being like I wanted to take advantage of the drink, did knows I order the same drink every day in the same location (not because the drink is goof, because it is convenient for me) . I'm so pissed and never gonna go back again.
I recently visited this location and had a very disappointing experience. The coffee portion was very small. I asked for extra ice, but the barista responded with a rude attitude, saying that she remembered me and this wasn’t the first time. She claimed that the ice had melted because I came late and blamed me the order was placed incorrectly.
Additionally, when I tried to grab a holder because several cups, she warned me not to touch anything and that I should ask her because she works there. However, she never once offered to help me. This unpleasant encounter ruined my morning. People might worry that leaving a negative review could lead to staff tampering with their drinks, such as spitting in the coffee, but I’m not afraid to speak out. You’re better remember me, prepare coffee in front me and perform your service!

Don’t sell the gift cards if you can’t guarantee their security! I bought two gift card total $400, I run out of credit without using them! I contacted store and Starbucks customer service and gift card department! Two months passed with no resolution and no more investigation! This company completely cheated customer!

My venti wasn’t filled to the top and I didn’t get cold foam. The drink I ordered originally comes with cold foam and I didn’t get any. I asked the barista to add cold foam and she refused because my sticker didn’t say extra cold foam. I don’t want extra, I want at least some cold foam plus my drink wasn’t even filled to the top. I ordered a venti and got like a grande. First time this happened to me and I’m very disappointed.
