It’s been a while since I last came, I barely go to Starbucks and this is my 3rd time back! I got iced matcha latte with less ice in venti at a good price! The taste of matcha was perfect! It tastes just like matcha and refreshing!

I paid for a venti matcha latte with the lavender cream and less ice, they made my order in venti at first but the drink wasnt matcha, then they made my drink right in but its Grande with a ton of ice 😂

I typically place my order through the Starbucks app and just swing by to pick it up super quick and easy. The store is always well-kept, and the staff there are consistently friendly and helpful, which makes the experience even better. Just a heads-up: it’s on a pretty busy street, so parking can be a hassle. If you’re close enough, walking is definitely the way to go. Great spot overall for a smooth coffee run.

I usually order on the app and pick up. That's the fastest. But either way the shop is clean and the staff is always super nice in there. It's on a busy street so parking sucks. I suggest you walk there.

I bought 2 gift cards this morning and they didn't provide gift card holders. I was upset and asked for manager. The manager told me they sold many gifts, however, the company only provided one box of gift card holders. I don't trust her. I don't believe Starbuck would like their customers to present their gift cards in such unpresentable way. To me, the manager didn't do good job in inventory management.

I ordered two Venti Caffè Lattes today, but both cups were filled barely halfway (see photo). A Venti should be 20oz, and this is clearly far less than that. As a regular customer, I’m very disappointed with this experience. I hope the store improves its quality control to ensure customers get what they paid for.

I love this store. They have nice services and environment. Especially the store manger Nadine is a very nice person. She has patient and know what color and drink I want, and she also can make very nice services under every person need. I can feel she and her team treat customers as a real friend.

My wife got very upset experience in this store. She made a mobile app order for pickup on March6 2025. while she waited for the drink, she saw her order is ready. But the male African American employee just trying to give her order to a different customer without calling her name. When my wife said “this is my order “ the male employee said it in very rude tone “ thissss issss notttt yoursss” until my wife showed him the app, he gives the drink back, but without any apology. This incident are really ruining customer mood. I hope the store manager can do better training for your employees, make sure they doing better on customer service.
