Good coffee but they gave me an expired marshamllow dream bar on my uber order… I don’t wanna rate it low stars but pls be a bit more careful 😭🫶
I visited today and the small lady at the counter wasn’t welcoming. I asked for a paper bag for my coffee and she gave it with a smirk, which felt disrespectful. Staff should treat customers equally and with a friendly attitude.
last time I was there the other lady was cheerful and respectful. Hope you can teach staff to be more courteous.

The manager's attitude is so rude and unfriendly that you can't find it in any Starbucks. The store is not well managed. there is no sugar,and when you ask for sugar, they say they are out of it. Why does Starbucks hire manager's like this?

I understand that rush hours can be a hectic. But waiting for an hour for your drink is absolutely absurd. If it is too busy let people know that their drinks won’t be out until an hour later instead of wasting people’s time. Or when it gets busy don’t take too much orders that you can’t handle. Everyone else got places to be work, school. It’s absurd to be waiting an hour for your drink. If it gets too busy I SUGGEST that you close the counter and work on the drinks AT HAND before taking more orders. That way people that wants to order knows it’s going to take a long time and they can wait they like. If they don’t want to wait they can leave. It’s really frustrating when you walk into the store and there is like 30 people waiting for their drinks and everyone is crowding each other. Like biting off more than you can chew. Already frustrating enough when you’re going to be late for work waiting 40+ minutes for a drink and getting a refund in the end because your drink isn’t even in the process of making yet.

Very disappointed. I visited this store for my Birthday Reward, and the barista wrote “SO BAD” on my drink. That’s incredibly rude and unacceptable. Starbucks should be a place where customers feel welcomed, not insulted. Even after they remade my drink, the experience completely ruined my mood. Management really needs to look into this behavio

Today I took my child to buy coffee. After we went inside, a man, for some reason, slapped my arm hard and then laughed at me. After I went outside, I waited for my child to come back and translate, asking him why he hit me. At that moment, a female manager came over and told me that the man said I hit him and that I was lying. I told her to check the security footage to see who was lying, but she only listened to what he said and wouldn't listen to any of my explanations. Just because I'm Chinese and don't speak English, she kicked us out. The attitude here is extremely bad; they bully customers who can't speak English. In my memory, every Starbucks employee is very friendly, but this store was extremely disappointing. I will never come back.
they mistake the first time, but after talking to a female assistant, who is really nice, she remade the it for me. It's very delicious. Thank you
This is the third time this has happened to me, I ordered a MOCHA lattes
This girl, keeps giving me a WHITE mocha
They always give you what they want to give you

When I tell her this wasn’t the MOCHA latte I order
She told me yes, this is a WHITE CHOCOLATE MOCHA latte
Asked them kindly if they could remake my drink
The girl (heavy) barista rolled her eyes at me and kinda refused to re make it
Till another coworker told her yes, to remake it.
The last two times I just threw them out
When you order drinks please double check your orders are right, goes to Uber Eats and Mobile order
I like to eat/drink what I pay for

The best Starbucks in Flushing. It's cleaner and less crowded, but there is insufficient seating, and there seem to be even less seats now than on my previous visit.

I came to get a Pink Drink with vanilla sweet cream cold foam last Sunday and I saw that the male cashier had his pants down with holes in his undies. My 3 year old nephew had never seen something like that before! Please get him out of there!!! That's so unprofessional and I expected better. The pink drink was good though

Ordered an iced chai latte

Extra cinnamon

First one came out 3/4 full of ice with a half a teaspoon of cinnamon
The young lady kindly added more cinnamon
When I saw how they loaded it with ice, I just threw it out. I didn't have time to re-order.

Other people would gladly pay for the franchise if the owner isn't interested
The owner should have friends come in and do mystery shopping
