These cashiers think they are smart , stealing out of cash change. This is the second time my change has been short. Pay with card here not cash. They will force you to tip them by just giving you the incorrect change. In the span of a week , this has happened twice . Clearly not a mistake.

The experience at this store was wonderful this is because my friend ordered the pumpkin spiced latte. The drink tasted awesome and the service was fast and quick. The atmosphere can be noisy with workers calling people's names, and people making the drinks.

Ever since the second floor was closed, it obviously doesn't feel the same as before. This week I found out that the business was suspended for renovation. I hope the second floor can be reopened. I have always believed that the original Starbucks should have a place for customers to rest and drink coffee.

Normally I give 5 stars for this place. This time the taste was not as good as the other times over the years. Moreover, my tummy hurts bad and I had to go to the bathroom as soon as I had only one small drink.

This young woman by the name of “Coco” has an attitude problem. She really picked a fight with me over something that I didn’t know. I ordered a mango dragon fruit with lemonade. I usually ask for a scoop of strawberry inclusions because the dragon fruit pieces have a weird taste to them plus the strawberry makes the drink taste better. Every time I come that’s usually my request. No one has ever told me it was an issue. I guess because I didn’t order it at the register Coco decided to blow up at me as if I was supposed to know it’s something that’s an up charge. I told her she didn’t have to be rude about it but she didn’t care and continued to be nasty towards me.. even getting two other baristas to argue and gang up on me. I asked for her name so I can speak to customer service about the incident, she refused to give me her name and continued antagonizing me with two other baristas. 1/3 of the baristas finally decided to stop arguing and went downstairs to get the shift lead, and I calmly explained to him what just happened. He offered me a refund, a food item or something to make the experience better but I declined.
Next time, a barista/manager/shift should let it be known that getting a scoop of a different inclusion is an up charge instead of allowing a barista to randomly blow up at me when I’ve BEEN getting my mango refresher made this way for about TWO MONTHS now.

High customer volume is not an excuse for making coffee taste bad!!! I waited 20 minutes for my online order but they messed up the orders….so I had to wait extra time for another one… but I am not here to complain about the wait time because I understand it. What made me annoyed was that the coffee tasted soooooo terrible. The iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso with a whole cup of ice tasted extremely bitter. No brown sugar, no oat milk in brown sugar oat milk espresso…..RIDICULOUS

My friend and I ordered two large cups of cappuccino hot coffee. When we took it out to drink, we found that there was only half a cup... not even 3/2 cup including the thick layer of bubbles! And there is only coffee and sugar, but there is no milk. The two cups are the same. Because it is very hot, I can’t open it and drink it on the spot, so I can only forget it and never go to this store again.

Never been treated so unrespectfully thru out all my Starbuck experience in any store and particularly this store. I was there to order just a cup of ice water today but I’m a gold member and I just had SB this morning too. Just cuz I was on my phone not hearing them giving me the water, they first don’t hand me the drink and leave it inside the counter I need to bend over to reach from inside and they are BAMMING on the top of the machine top more than 3 times telling me my water is done. Plus is not busy at all!!!!!! Scares me and walk out without apologizing or look me into the eyes. Is it just cuz I’m not ordering coffee and just water at the moment and I need to be treated differently? I’m sososo disappointed. There are so many drink stores out there and I don’t necessary have to order in starbuck in flushing.
