Customer service is horrible and they don’t know about food description and I asked them about what kind of sausages and they couldn’t able to answer. I am not recommending that people don’t come here . Salesman should learn how to good behavior with the customer and please learn how to respect people.

Disappointed by New Policy on Iced Tap Water
I’ve always appreciated Starbucks as a place to cool off and recharge, especially during the hot summer months. That’s why I was surprised and disappointed to learn that a purchase is now required to receive a cup of iced tap water—something that was never mandatory before.
Access to water, especially during the summer when dehydration is a real concern, should not be tied to a purchase. Tap water costs the business virtually nothing, and this policy feels more like a barrier than a necessity. It’s disheartening to see a company as large and community-focused as Starbucks enforcing a rule that seems out of step with both public health and customer goodwill.
I hope this policy is reconsidered, or at the very least, that this particular location is informed that such a requirement is not standard practice. Water is a basic need, not a luxury item.

Every time I order this drink in Long Island and Flushing, I get a full portion. But this time, not full,The Asian male waiter was extremely impatient and said it was because l only ordered three quarters of the milk. He even called me rude. His service attitude was particularly bad and he made personal attacks

I have been so many different Starbucks, I even purchased stock of Starbucks. But in this store the first time I heard “foam” is come with shaken espresso. Past month I been to Starbucks at NJ, PA. They all have a regular full cup. But this store is so unique. I might order something else that don’t need to shake in this store, in case the “foam” come with it that I don’t even know it might.

stupid sales girl very bad service
I ordered 3 extra large drinks on the Starbucks app 5 minutes ago, and when I walked in I only got 2. I asked the waitress if I should have another one, and she asked me what size it was, and I said the largest, but she made me a medium, and then she quickly changed it to a largest. The waitress next to her said I had been standing here for a long time, and was looking for trouble, and I had just come in for 2 minutes, and then she said that your cup was taken away by someone else, and you should have come earlier, it was all your fault. I really don't know why you would hire such a person as a waiter, who can't distinguish right from wrong and confuses right and wrong.
Your pickup option on the uber eats app is not working I have mentioned this issue to your staff several times before. I do not want to order directly from the starbucks app.

I got phone calls when I entered the store, so I stepped aside and talking. A stupid guy came to me saying if you didn’t buy you must leave. No wonder why they got such low review in total. Ruin the reputation of this brand. Will definitely never come .

These cashiers think they are smart , stealing out of cash change. This is the second time my change has been short. Pay with card here not cash. They will force you to tip them by just giving you the incorrect change. In the span of a week , this has happened twice . Clearly not a mistake.
