After drinking cappuccino for so many years, it was the first time I drank half a cup. The clerk said that it was normal for the foam to be half full, but the problem was that it was not even full.

The barista is mad rude at customers. She slammed the scanner at me.

5 stars to this young lady that attended me she was wearing cargos with a black tee and gold hoops she was making the drinks while the rest were just talking while watching her do all the work if I could put 0 stars to the rest I would, they looked so annoyed grouped in one corner. Like ?? Help her out, I hope this gets seen and something gets done about this.

light ice was made warm, 2% milk was made no milk, I talked with her, she put some milk inside. That’ll. ??

Employees JP and Roof F I asked how a drink was made that I've never has and they both looked at each other and rolled their eyes and smirked rudely as if I was bothering them. We all need to report this type of behavior when we experience it because it's unacceptable

This Starbucks location is amazing! I highly recommend it. I've always had great experiences here every time I come here to get my coffee or tea.The two baristas that I finally had the pleasure to finally meet tonight named Jose, and Alejandra are honestly why my experience here is so amazing when I come here. They are always smiling, friendly, and quite quick at making orders.As a staff member in this same shopping mall plaza, I just wanted to give my roses and appreciation to these members here at this Starbucks location.Thank you! - Randy
