This Starbucks location is amazing! I highly recommend it. I've always had great experiences here every time I come here to get my coffee or tea.The two baristas that I finally had the pleasure to finally meet tonight named Jose, and Alejandra are honestly why my experience here is so amazing when I come here. They are always smiling, friendly, and quite quick at making orders.As a staff member in this same shopping mall plaza, I just wanted to give my roses and appreciation to these members here at this Starbucks location.Thank you! - Randy

That fat Asian employee asked my name but didn’t call my name, my Frappuccino nearly melt down, remember to bring ur worst Karen attitude to the employees and make their day harder if u have to go to this Starbucks, cuz ur reviews won’t do any harm to them,but ur attitude can?

Quick service to grab a coffee / refresher while shopping throughout the mall
The shift leader with the glasses discriminated against me and my boyfriend!! He wouldn’t stir our coffees when we asked him to like he did with every other customer and his response was “go find a spoon and stir it yourself! I politely asked him if he can throw away my Starbucks trash, which they have available and he refused and told me “go find another trash somewhere else”! But he definitely did it for other customers! He also made our drinks wrong and when we told him his response was “I’m not going to remake your drink”!! I’m just going to give you a refund because I don’t want to remake your drink!!! He told the cashier to refuse our service!! I’ve complained to the manager Josh and all he told me was “sorry”! No call back no nothing!! It was embarrassing and can’t believe we got discriminated!! I’ll wait one more week and if there’s nothing to be done, I’ll hire a lawyer and consider litigation!! Can’t believe in 2023 we still get discriminated ?♀️ we had to get coffees at Dunkin!! My boyfriend also has a recording of the behavior, which I can put on social media so nobody else has to experience what we experienced!! BTW the shift leader refused to give me his name and his manager!!
