I bought 4 cups of frappuccino at the stuckbuck in Target at College Point today. They were all cream, more than half of them were cream, with cream on the bottom and cream on top. It didn’t taste like coffee or chocolate at all, sop. Yes, cutting corners and making such a bad experience. I had to wait in line for a long time. I was very unhappy. I couldn't drink at all and lost it.
I tried calling but couldn't get through to anyone.

Came in on 6/6/24 around early 8pm. I go to the line and see there is a shopping cart, so I moved it. I thought it was a customer who left it there. I was unaware of closing hours, and asked the male employee if they were closed since I saw him dumping liquids. He politely said yes and I walked off. As I’m walking away a female employee working with dreads comes out and tells the other employee “ I hate when customers see there is a cart there and move it not knowing we’re closed”. I think some employees should know when to say things, and how to properly let customers know a store is closed. As someone who worked in store operations for a company there are procedures on how to do things. This is not your own business for you to run it how you are and make slick comments.

Friendly staff even though they messed up my order it wasn’t a big deal. Batista handled it professionally and was extremely accommodating.
Horrible place with flies everywhere I ordered a small pink drink and she gave me a whole cup with ice and couldn't even put the lid on, I asked her to help me reduce some ice, she just poured dwon almost half a cup with ice together and then another person came over and told me that I need to pay extra for less ice. I don’t think I’ve ever heard of this, even when I ordered drinks on Uber eat and Starbucks App. Didn't pay for the less ice option, then they wanted to give me the rest of half drink, I didn't want to accept it, the lady just filled the cup with other tea and told me to remember to pay next time, I was very annoyed , I can accept the normal amount of ice cubes, but this is what you guys are doing wrong, I can pay for less ice, but I will not go back to this store to consume again

Complicated and rude staff. I asked for non ice drink as always do in any Starbucks, and this people started to arguing me about my preferences. This has been happened like 4 times in a row

I gave start bucks inside target one star for the following reasons one they don't make decaf coffee excuse me Starbucks it's all about coffee. Two they don't do the startbucks rewards. But really no decaf coffee. They were two ladies behind me and all I heard was no we don't make those. I only bump into this problem at this Target
I entered this Starbucks around 9:30 p.m. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel and received a cup of caramel infused ice milk— no espresso shots on top. Disgusted and disappointed.
Came here around Friday noon time no line. There was no one at the counter for about five minutes. Then someone showed up and seemed to be in a rush. Asked for a sandwich and a hot cafe mocha grande with cream as I usually order in other Starbucks. She said doesn’t know what a mocha grande.
1st i experienced Starbucks in slowmotion mode.... 4 employees at the shift they cant help 3 customers! Thats ridiculous, i am waiting like more than 10 minutes for 2 drinks.. insane
