I like this Starbucks, was a site of a former bank. Spacious parking in the back. Coffee is on par with most Starbucks. However, I don’t like the no sitting policy on weekdays from 2-4. I understand it is because of the schools but can they change it so that no kids under 18 can be there from those times? I would prefer to go to this Starbucks over the bay terrace one but they make it difficult with the rules.

Went back yesterday and ordered an iced caramel machiato...the caramel was like sediment at the bottom of the cup about 1/2 inch thick. The wait is still long, but at least the person at the register was a sweetheart.

It is good the employees are polite and attentive. Of course, there is always an exception, Ava. She did not what she was doing and it cost me 300 of my stars. But that is not the worst, there is something really bad, rats in that little garden, one can see rats walking all over like they own the place. It is really scary therefore, I only take my coffee to go thank you.

I recommend going during the week in the mornings only. Agatha is lovely and always says hello to customers by name. A little effort like this goes such a long way in making your mornings a bit better. The staff/drinks on weekday mornings are consistent, however, the weekend staff I cannot say the same. The drinks are tasteless and gross every time I go over the weekends and they take forever to make them even when the store/pre-orders don't appear busy. I won't deduct stars for this because it is a night to day difference between weekdays and weekends and the weekday staff shouldn't be put down for the terrible weekend staff.

The atmosphere is great, I love the aesthetic of the store. Service was a bit slow for the amount of people working there but it wasn't too big of a problem. My drink was a little less frozen than what I would've liked but it's Starbucks and the flavors are still there.
Bad attitude and bad service. Or they only treat white people nicely, specially one Asian staff there.

Tried this summer’s new refresher! It was very tasty and I love that the little beads offer a burst of raspberry flavor! Definitely give it a try!
Great and clean Starbucks location! Lots of people in and out of there which is great for the neighborhood. If you’re looking for a good spot to have a study session on a given Saturday between 11a-2p note it could be a bit noisy, so be sure to bring some noise canceling headphones. :)

DISGUSTING ATTITUDE!! 2 days in a row! First a female dragging herself to make drinks and then a male employee the next day. He had the nerve to literally pitch the hot latte in the sink and splatter all over the place when told i ordered an iced not hot. Then has the nerve to toss a straw on to the counter…disgusting btw it was at opening nobody was there. And then continues making his drink sipping it and mumbling to himself. Go home dude if you don’t want to be there. Nasty never going back there.
