Attitude from chinese lady. People are lazy as hell. Never have any soup ready or mac and cheese. Was not going to leave a review until they were rude to my gf. That was the last straw. Go to union tpke and 164th street. They actually care about if you come back or not. These people here never have the new blackberry and watermelon drinks. NOTHING IS EVER READY. Should get 1 star but I'll give them 2 for now. Never going back

They are okay here. The menu signs have changed few times. The servers have changed few times. It is pretty clean for most parts, but the tables need to be clean occasionally.

The person who prepared my food was really slow, and I had a bus to catch, and I almost missed it. I have had other bad experiences there too. For example, one time I asked them for bacon, and I wanted it cooked separately. I had to clarify that I wanted it cooked separately, and that I didn't want the sandwich cooked 3 times.

As good as any other location in the area, which is to say, pretty good. Super clean, everything seems fresh enough (for a Subway) and the people are nice. There seems to be a stock issue endemic to all local Subways, though, and if you order online, you can almost always expect a call asking if a substitution is okay. Not a big deal, just frustratingly common. Also, communication between staff about online orders could be better, because not everyone is aware of something being prepped/ready, even if it's the only order that's come through in the past few minutes. Again, not a big deal, and it may have more to do with Subway's internal system than this specific location or its staff. Nice people, ingredients are up to par and the service is fast, all things considered. Be aware though, that this is a corner store. It's tiny and the layout isn't all that great, so it's best if you eat on the go (as I'm sure most do). Overall a very solid franchise spot.

Grub hub driver messed up my order and the people at subways came personally and delivered it to me! amazing. Very professional.
Best Subway in town. I go out of my way to go to this location while there are 2 subways closer. Unlike the other locations, this place has more competent staff. They are also not stingy with toppings like the other locations. They also honor the coupons and rewards.
