I never purchased anything from this Subway sandwiches yet there are two on my credit card at this location I am in California I don't know if one of the employees may this Fraudulent charge or if it was a customer in any case you will be caught and charged credit card fraud.

I came to this Subway on Saturday around 7:55 PM with a friend. The store hours clearly said they close at 9, but when we arrived, they were already only doing takeout. That was totally fine — I understand they need time to clean up before closing.
What really disappointed me was the service. After ordering my sandwich, I asked for their pizza as well, but the employees refused. They discussed it among themselves in Bengali (assuming I wouldn’t understand) and decided not to make it, saying it “takes time.”
Given their 3.2 rating, I’m clearly not surprised. 👎

I love the quick service and the clean atmosphere. My food arrived within 5-10 minutes. I’ll definitely come back when I’m in town!

Even for a Subway the standards here are poor, there's trash everywhere, the chairs are a mess and the trash is overflowing. They don't carry pepperoni every time I've gone here since 2025, not to mention the language barrier due to a thick accent with some of the staff. Come in if you REALLY REALLY want subway. It would be wiser to spend your money a couple blocks away at a grocery store to make your own sandwich.
Lady working there was so kind. Her gloves touched my veggie sub after touching a meat sub and I’m a vegetarian by religious practice, and she just immediately said “ok I’ll change the whole thing over, fresh gloves, bee bread even, and they wiped off the surface too. Other workers might’ve been less compassionate but she and her coworker made me glow woth appreciation. Thanks a lot! 🙏

Horrible service, I’m a manger at a fast food location as well so i have high standards, first off all the place was extremely messy they don’t clean up the store until last minute, there was a crazy amount of trash all of the floor, I’ve been here multiple times at night and I always get kicked out before the store actually closes, this time I was refused seating an HOUR before closing time and the staff is extremely rude, this place needs to fix something soon
