This day we went with our family at lunch time to eat at this restaurant and the people who are serving are always in a bad mood, they even shout terrible customer service.

absolutely terrible experience this man threw away my previous food because he made it wrong even though it explicitly SAID on the order to not put a certain sauce and they cut it into the wrong parts. he kept following me around the store and being creepy and half assed my new sandwich. terrible customer service and this man should not be able to work

The people are very rude and have a n attitude. My partner said half and the woman yelled and said no you need to say 6 in. They are more focused on the television then customer service.

Ever try to eat here because we got a black bug in the sandwich while eating. In addition, they were cleaning with a cloth by dipping into dirty water without placing lids on top of veggies.

Customer service was poor. I went to this location with a coupon. The coupon clearly states what sandwiches are excluded. When I picked All American Club and Supreme Meat, I was told I couldn’t pick these sandwiches. I was only allowed to pick the lower-priced ones.Next, the veggies I requested on my sandwiches were so small, and I had to ask them to put more. Instead, I was ignored.The tables were dirty and no staff came around to clean the tables.

The service attitude of the staff is very poor. The slightest thing makes things difficult for the guests. I have never encountered such bad service. I will not come again.
Absolutely terrible service. Made an order through subway app. However they dont always get the notification. When I showed the receipt, they said to take it up with customer service on the app. They wouldn’t make the order. Manager got rude.

This subway is not ready for mobile ordering. The staff is disorganized and chaotic in attempts to retrieve and fulfill orders, completely incapable of looking up orders and communicating effectively with customers.I don't expect a 5 star service here, but this is far worse than any mcdonald's or burger king.
